the pool in our building was closed.
So we had to walk outside to go to the pool.

The studio-apartment well-planned, there was room to keep the bed out and still use the sofa and the small dining table. The kitchen facilities had most things and enough space for 2 people. The lighting was good, the tv good and well positioned. It was great to have a music player unit. The laundry stand in the bathroom was very useful and the towel rail there worked well, useful at the end of a ski day!
Security was good.
Ski lockers were good.
All facilities either new or well maintained.
There were not enough plates, cutlery, cups. We had to keep putting the dishwasher on half full or less. It was very expensive for a week's stay .... though not too different in price for other accommodation for that week (February holiday week)

We all commented how friendly and helpful everyone was on the slopes. We weren’t sure whether it was because it was half term week but there was a nice feeling to the resort.
Location wise it was very good with the lift pass kiosk opposite the entrance door on the round about and an intersport ski hire shop opposite (Val d'Oisans 22, av de la Muzelle). With a Casino supermarket, bakers, and butchers nearby. For skiing it was a 5 min walk to the Champame pull and Belle Etoille lift, also you can be straight on the Vallee Blanche lift behind the apartments too to be straight on or off the slopes.
There are a couple of nice bakeries nearby to pick up fresh croissants, baguette sandwiches and freshly baked products. There is also a butchers in the town where you can order a rotisserie chicken and pick up other prepared meals. There’s also a few supermarkets- Casino, Spar.
There was quite a bit of dog mess on the street. Pets were allowed in the rooms and there wasn’t necessarily a deep clean which was a problem because one of our party is allergic to animals and we needed to give the room an extra clean and had to get antihistamines from the pharmacy. It didn’t ruin the holiday, just something to be aware of.

Hotel room was excellent value for the size
A short walk to ski lift but nothing major.

The only nice thing about this hotel is that it was situated in the lovely French alp
The hotel have blatantly stolen from us
On arrival to the hotel we were asked to pay a 450 euro deposit for the stay, this was understandable and is normal practise in most hotels. so we had no issue in paying the deposit
we were told that the money would not actually be taken from my bank account and the payment 'locked' without actually getting taken.
We noticed a couple of days into our stay that the money had actually been taken out from my bank account.
We then went to reception and they said there is nothing they could do, but gave us an email to contact to get our money back.
We emailed the company and they didn't respond until after the holiday, but said no issue please provide card details
we provided the card details that they ask for but they came back days later saying wrong card details. we gave the exact card details they asked for they then didn't respond for over a week then asked for the same details again so we did. then not responding for over another week to us.
they then responded after ages with i quote "after having made a return to the accounting department for your contion. Nemea explained to me that your rental payment had been rejected. The deposit will not be returned to you. I can't do anything on my side."
This was there reason for not being able to give my deposit back.
THIS IS CLEARY A PLOT TO KEEP OUR DEPOSIT.
1. PRETEND THE MONEY WOULD ONLY BE LOCKED NOT TAKEN
2. NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE IT BACK AT RECEPTION AND GIVE EMAIL
3. EMAIL DO NOT RESPOND PROPERLY AT ALL.
4. BAM!! UNLUCKY YOU AINT GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK FOR NO REASON.
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.!!!!
THE DEPOSIT WAS THE SAME COST AS THE COST OF THE STAY. SO IF YOU WANT TO STAY HERE YOURE PAYING DOUBLE BECAUSE FOR SURE YOU AINT GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. THEIVES !!!

we had appartement D23 with a nice balcony (without furniture), spacious living room (if you don`t need to use the sleeping couch), 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet) and a separate toilet
check out is okay (if during check in the deposit was made with credit card, cash deposite will cause you having to return to the reception to get it back) then they will check the cleanliness of the appartment and you can leave, so no final cleaning cost when you leave it properly.
The bedrooms are pretty small.
Booking made a mistake in the description for bedroom no. 2 having 2 double beds, which has just 1 double bed, so 2 needed to sleep on the sleeping couch.
Booking made a mistake about free wifi in public area for wifi, however this is payable,
in the appartement only 1 device allowed, additional 3 devices for €27/week
one wifi device in a 8 person apparatment is very poor, also one ski equipment cabinet is too small for 8 people.
The fixed checkin time causes all people to come at the same time during changing days causing a long line with 2 hour waiting time

facilities were nice, room was clean but basic
huge 400 euro deposit hidden in description was a shock when arriving, we’re 3 weeks after checking out and it still hasn’t been returned. hotel is non responsive via email or phone. make sure you ask for proof that it has been returned before leaving

The place wasn’t cleaned well - toilet seat had stains, heater super dusty, walls had stains, cleaning items in the clothes wardrobe. You also need to do your own sheets for the bed and then bring the whole load back to reception during check out. No separate towels provided for use of the sauna/pool without any additional charge. The location is near the ski lift but for the lowest part of Les Deux Alpes. Staff were impolite with helping us - they gave us just one toilet roll for a week and when we asked about it they said “this is not a hostel”, which brings me to my next point that this is not value for money as it is worse than a hostel. The photos are also not accurate as we booked a room with a long balcony and a tub but it didn’t come with this. When we checked this they said for 3 people it will definitely not have a tub / balcony and even for a room with 6 not all have tubs. We said they need to update their booking page and the front desk said it’s “not his problem” this is misaligned.
I would definitely not recommend.

Terrible service. Never go there!
We never stayed at the Hotel, because (of heavy traffiic) we were late check inn and couldn't get in the hotel anymore.
In the morning of the 12th of Juli I requested a late check inn allready, but I never got an answer. So around 19.00 hours I called the residence Nemea Le Hameau and the lady on the phone said, she would sent us a message with codes to enter the Hotel for late check inn.
Since I hadn"t received this an hour later, I tried to call again, again and again and also tried to receive someone on the general Nemea number. Nobody picks up the phone!
When we finally arrived after long traffic, we could not get in the Hotel and there is nobody to be contacted.
In the middle of the night we could not find a hotel anywhere else, so after long driving and looking, we had to sleep in the car along the road.
What a terrible (the worst ever) Hotel experience this was.
Next morning I called the Hotel Le Hameau again and told the receptionist this story. She was gonna talk to the manager about this and find a solution. But untill today I never heard anything about it. Incredibly rude!
I can not even express how I feel about the most terrible Hotel experience in my life.
It was supposed to be a nice father and son trip and ended up in a horrible trip.
I hereby will request a full refund of the € 300,--, that I paid on June 26, since we were unable to use any of the facilities that were booked.
But even after an official written complaint on 17th of July to the Nemea group we still didn’t hear any reaction. Just unbelievable…

great location, nice and modern apartament, nice pool
very small kitchen space, no oven so the cooking was very limited, hammam didt work during our stay
3.8
location, facilities, apartment layout.
amount of time it took to check in. Cleanliness
3.8
Great secure car park.
under staffed at busy times. Had to make our own bed on arrival. Had to ensure the room was deep cleaned and bed sheets stripped before checkout. We were not made aware of this on booking.com
Everytime we overheard staff talking to customers, it seemed as if they were always apologising for something or other.
Apartment was a studio room with a sofa bed. No bedroom. This was not advertised on booking.com
Not central location.
3.8
The facilities
No safe in room
Staff are arrogant
Location is far away from pretty much everything (although there is a free shuttle bus)
3.8
The rooms were big enough and had enough bathroom space to accommodate everyone which was nice. There was plenty of crockery and glasses for meal times.
The reception wasn't open when we asked to check in which wasn't a weird time it was mid afternoon. There were a few details missed like what to do with refuse and the note about what to clean at the end was a bit much considering.
