About this apartment rental
Welcome to our family’s piece of paradise. We’ve been travelling to Hawaii for twenty years, and our condo is the fulfillment of a dream to call the Big Island our second home. Our goal is to provide you with that same sense of aloha.
Our 2BR/2 BA condo has a king in the master suite, and twin beds (that can be easily converted to a king if requested) in the guest room. You will find many upgrades in our villa including high quality furnishings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave), large flat screen HD televisions in the living room and master suite, and new full size high efficiency washer and dryer. We have tried to anticipate your every need and included everything you will need to feel at home. You will even find convenient kitchen appliances including a toaster, blender, coffee maker (a Keurig as well), rice cooker, and electric tea pot.
Our unit includes HD T.V. channels, wireless internet, and air conditioning. You will also find beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards to allow you to immediately enjoy the nearby beaches. Our unit comes with a designated parking spot close to the building’s elevator. The previous owners of our condo built a great group of return renters and received stellar reviews for providing a clean and well maintained property, and we have worked to uphold that standard.

Our lanai overlooks the first green of the Tom Weiskopf designed Waikoloa Kings Golf Course and the Kings Petroglyph trail that runs right through the backyard of our property.
Just outside the landscaped grounds of the Fairway Villas you will find a variety of activities within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area including shopping, a variety of restaurants in the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace (both are easy walking distance from our condo), the Beach, Lakes, and Kings golf courses, and access to the ocean at Anaeho'omalu Bay. Staying in our unit gives guests access to exclusive Gold Membership rates: 18 holes for $75/round (7 a.m. - 9 a.m.), $50/round (after 9 a.m.), club rentals $25/set. Simply state you are staying in a Gold Member unit for the above rates.

I stayed at this condo in the Fairway Villas as the Waikoloa with my spouse for about 10 days. We really enjoyed the location (proximity to A-Bay, Queens & Kings shops), the cleanliness, and thoughtfulness of all of the amenities. The family definitely took effort to update and make improvements to decor, appliances, furniture, and it had everything we could need for a stay on Hawai'i Island. The owners were responsive and left helpful instructions and recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed staying near A-bay with easy access to beach, shops and golf. We've been to the Kohala coast before and stayed in a traditional resort previously. We found this condo to be much more suitable for us than a typical resort room and appreciated being able to prepare meals in the kitchen. The owners were extremely responsive. The gold membership discount at the attached golf course is a fantastic deal and the included beach accessories with the condo made the week great for the kids.

First some of the positives: This condo is in a great location. We walked almost daily to the Queens Marketplace or Kings Complex for coffee, food or shopping. The check in process was easy since the owner uses an electronic keypad for entry (which is also nice not to have to keep track of a key). The condo is situated nicely in the complex, near the pool (nice pool with lots of seating) and gym and the parking spot was very close. The beach supplies were great! A cooler, chairs, boogie boards, toys, snorkels, masks, fins, towels... didn't need to bring anything in that arena.
Now some of the negatives:
The condo is need of some repair - broken blinds, worn out cookware, broken bathtub stoppers, broken towel rack. The elevator was out of service when we were there - so lugging coolers, strollers, kids and bags up the stairs was a little tricky.
I tend to be very particular, but the cleanliness was pretty sub-par. I'll elaborate directly with the owner - but nothing bad enough to dissuade me from staying again.
Finally, the lanai was nice, but sort of noisy with early morning (5:30am) golf course maintenance and the AC unit is on the lanai so it's noisy when you're out there and it's running.
All-in-all, we were very grateful for our stay. It was a great price and we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was completely stocked with everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for all of our island adventures and the kids enjoyed being so close to the neighborhood pool when we were staying in. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Great stay
We love staying in the Waikoloa area and this condo is in the perfect location. It is a short walk to both the Queen and Kings shopping area, A beach and Lava Lava Beach Club. It is also well situated in the complex, 2nd floor unit accessible by an elevator, nice view of the golf course and close enough to the pool but not too close to hear a lot of noise. The owners provide guidebooks and a binder of suggestions for restaurants, beaches and other places to sight see. The kitchen is well equipped, the washer/dryer came in handy so we did not have to pack a lot of clothes. Thank you for providing laundry detergent and softener! Thank you also for the nice welcome note and box of chocolates, such a kind touch. It was so nice to have all the beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels , beach chairs and a cooler. My husband took advantage of the owners Gold membership at the Waikoloa golf course and was able to use the discount which came with the property. While the property was very clean, it is starting to show some wear due to the popularity of this condo. Overall , this place is excellent and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great condo!
Everything about our stay was great! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and with beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, etc. the location within Waikoloa Village was good too. Close to everything and nice walk on the trail with petroglyphs. We had friends renting condos within the same area and I think they were a little jealous of ours. Thank you Lydia. Also a nice treat to get chocolates when we arrived.

The condo is very accurate to the photos in the listing but it felt bigger than expected. We LOVED the jacuzzi pool after a long day of hiking/walking/sightseeing. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the stars were so beautiful an bright every night. I highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic Property and Location
We loved this property and location. We loved the book of favorite things to do around the Big island the family leaves for all vacationers and used it quite a bit. The property is wonderfully appointed and has alot of extras (beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, etc) to use during your vacation. We slept very well in the beds and went for alot of hikes and walks around the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the place, it was very clean, very comfortable, matresses were great, centrally located—quick to shops and beach, was able to make great use of the beach gear, pool, barbecue. On the golf course, so expect a little early morning noise, just keeping windows closed alleviates this.

Beautiful condo with everything
It is obvious that the owners put a great deal of thought into creating a warm, welcoming home away from home. It is located in a gated community close to Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Marketplace and overlooks a golf course. While we didn’t get the opportunity to use the beach toys, the owners have provided a huge assortment of gear. The welcome gifts were a terrific surprise. For those with mobility issues, the condo is conveniently located just steps from an elevator.

There’s A Lot to Like About This Unit
This unit was in a great location within a really nice and well maintained complex. The infinity pool was beautiful and we were within easy walking distance to the King’s and Queen’s Shopping Center which made things very convenient. We did have an issue at check-in but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Sometimes things happen but how management responds says a lot about their customer service. In this case, the property manager, owner and cleaning crew were all outstanding. My family and I all agree that we liked this unit so much that we’d like to stay here again in the future. Nice Spot
There were a couple of glitches getting checked in, but the owner, Lydia, was very nice through the entire process. The condo is in a nice location, with the Lava Lava Beach club easy walking distance. It's a very nice swimming beach if you're looking for pretty blue water without giant waves. The little shopping center/grocery store, Queen's Market, is about a block walk, and is very convenient.

This place is a great location for a much needed vacation. Walkable to the beach, shops and restaurant and on a portion of the island that tends to be sunny all the time. The infinity pool is beautiful and relaxing and the gym all though dated gets the job done.

This is our 4th stay in Waikoloa, and the accommodations did not disappoint.
The kitchen is well equipped for eating in. We utilized the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella for our beach days.
The lanai was enjoyed every morning for coffee. We rarely used the a/c as the trade winds on this side of the complex cooled us.
We could stay here again.
