Indulge in the beauty of Malta from this duplex, 3-bedroom penthouse,
kissed by the radiant sun and aired by the fresh Mediterranean breeze.
Situated on the 6th and 7th floor, the penthouse measures approximately
180 sqm, with a lift for added comfort, and is positioned precisely
facing the majestic cityscape of Valletta, whose beauty is amplified by
the surrounding harbor.
This one-of-a-kind accommodation boasts an abundance of shops, shopping
centers, restaurants and bars. Sliema is Malta's social and economic
hub, buzzing with life and activity. The penthouse comprises of three
bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with the master bedroom complete with a
balcony and unobstructed sea-views of our sparkling blue sea, perfect
for a wake-up call. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single
beds. Furthermore, on the same floor, there is a full family bathroom
with a shower cubicle.
The top floor, accessible by the adjoining spiral staircase, houses a
very spacious kitchen/dining/living area, providing a breathtaking view
from the top floor. The penthouse can comfortably accommodate 6 people
and is fully equipped with all the necessities for easily cooking and
prepping meals. The dining area, decked in neutral hues, further
reflects the natural brightness provided by ample sunlight. The living
area, facing the beautiful vista of Marsamxett Harbour, is found just
off of the dining area.
The most iconic feature of the penthouse is the unique terrace with its
impressive, uninterrupted sea-views and stately view of our Capital
Valletta. The terrace comes complete with outdoor furniture and a gas
BBQ ideal for romantic, open-air dinners, almost a necessity during the
sweltering Maltese summers. For those renting a car, this penthouse has
an additional feature in the form of a private parking space in the
garage just below the same building. This optional parking space can be
rented for 10 euro per night, providing secure and easy parking access
for anyone hiring a vehicle.
You will have access to the whole property, which is private and not
shared with any other tenants. We can also organize airport transfers.
