This beautiful, recently built, 5 bedroom home is located at 5 mile point on the eastern shore of Skaneateles Lake. Enjoy 70' of level lake frontage on the cleanest lake in the Northeast. Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes region, located 5 miles from the charming village of Skaneateles, this home features dock, mooring and flat access to the water. Soak up the sun, swim, boat, fish or relax on the porch after a day of wine tasting, hiking or shopping in the local boutiques. The home boasts an open floor plan, fully furnished, 5 bedrooms with 2 full and 1 half bathrooms. Inside amenties include a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, corian counters and cherry cabinetry. Brazilian hardwoods are throughout the lower level of the home, with an inviting 1st floor master bedroom with heated floor master bath.

Our group of ten loved this space. The open concept living area, the kitchen, 6 barstools, kitchen table and family room area provided more than enough space for us to entertain ourselves with boardgames and more! The location is great to the downtown area, the kids loved having the yard and the back porch was great for the parents to sit and enjoy the view. If you are considering this house just do it!

This cottage is absolutely lovely and has every amenity. We had 10 babes in our 50s stay for a girls weekend and we had a blast sitting around the fire by the lake and dancing in the kitchen. The bed were comfy and the place was spotless. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and the lake is crystal clear. The house was exceptionally clean and the host thought of everything from the complementary bottle of wine to the water bottles on all the night stands. Would definitely come back!

We are a of group of 6 women who travel together twice a year for a bonding long weekend! This house is the perfect setting! It is layed out beautifully on first floor with open floor plan . There are 5 bedrooms with 6 beds. Everything about this house is warm and inviting. This is our third year here and have already booked for next year! The porch overlooking the beautiful lake with 6 rocking chairs was so nice and there is also a nice fire pit with chairs to sit out and enjoy a fire at night ! Love this place and can’t wait to go back next year!

It was lovely. We loved the willow tree and the easy access to the lake. We appreciated all the things the house offered, especially all the kitchen accessories to make our stay very easy. We also appreciated all the linens, bath towels and beach towels provided.

We loved our stay. Open floor plan was ideal for family. Long counter space for food and drinks was really nice. Super close to crystal clear lake. Rented a pontoon boat and toured most of the lake. Nights were s’mores and a nice fire in the fire pit.

This property was everything we could have hoped for and more! The owners think of and provide all the extras to make your stay enjoyable! The space and location are perfect for family gatherings! We would highly recommend it!

I wouldn't say I'm a connoisseur of short-term rental properties, but I've stayed in a fair share and this was the best one by far.
The basics: super clean and beautiful inside and outside, great spaces, perfectly described on Vrbo, hot water for many showers, AC/Heat and fans for any temperature, timely and friendly communication with the host/owner, safe neighborhood, quiet and serene, and yet a fun area of the lake.
The above-and-beyond: enough lounging and dining/eating spaces for everyone inside and out, a large kitchen with more amenities and utility than most people have in their own homes, fun lake property with boats, umbrellas, large grill, two docks, grass to play or lie in, wood-burning firepit (wood provided), large washer and dryer, enough towels to supply the whole lake community, easy directions, enough parking, large bathrooms and bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of working windows with screens and wood blinds...I could go on.
Bottom line: nothing could have been better and I will rent this house again. Worth it!

We stayed in this lovely home for a weekend. The location on the lake was perfect and the drive to town pretty quick. Perhaps 10 minutes a most. Natasha, the host, was great communicating with and made the renting process very easy. We would highly recommend staying here!

This was our second year renting and we have already booked for next year! This property is beautiful! It has everything you need and is so comfortable. We had just an amazing time! The porch facing the lake has great rocking chairs and there is a fire pit that completes the setting. We were lucky enough to have a great fire , rocking in our chairs and viewing the most incredible sunset ! Couldn’t have been nicer! This house will not disappoint anyone!

The house was lovely (even nicer than the pictures showed) and the hosts were very easy to work with. It was great to be steps from the lake and the fire pit was a huge bonus!

Fabulous time!
This house is perfect for a family vacation. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Syracuse. While far from the university, the house was a great place for our family to stay. It was spacious, clean and a beautiful setting. The hosts were very pleasant to work with.

Perfect Gathering
My extended family stayed at the property for a wedding. It has great gathering spots both inside and out, adequate spaces for a large group, better equipped then most rentals and lovely views. Natasha was responsive to inquires and requests. Highly recommend both the property and the owners.

Awesome stay - loved this property !
Absolutely gorgeous home and everything we needed was there! Our favorite spot was the porch with the big comfortable rocking chairs facing the beautiful lake! We were lucky enough to have outstanding weather so the views were awesome. We had one cool night but no worries as the owner thought of everything and had a basket of nice soft blankets for us to keep us warm as we enjoyed the views. Loved the great big fire pit with chairs provided so that was also a nice spot to relax and enjoy the evening . The inside of the house was great as well. Open concept kitchen and living room made it so nice for us to be together and have fun. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved this property and had a great time… thank you!

Beautiful home with spacious bedrooms and lovely lake decor, super clean, wonderful local wine and chocolates welcome bag, water bottles by the bedside and other thoughtful touches, close to the village for shopping, and quick to respond to messages. Weekend stay
The stay and location was great! Everything was clean and there was more than enough space. Tip: I would recommend bringing your own paper towels and garbage bag as the host only provides one. With a group of 7 people we definitely needed more and had to go out and buy our own.

Amazing lake house
This house was perfect! The property is Level and flat to the lake. Kids had tons of fun on the swim platform and kayaking. The interior is beautiful and spotless. The kitchen is huge with everything we needed. We will absolutely rent again next time we are in the area !

amazing getaway
The property is stunningly beautiful, an immaculate comfortable home with water views from bedrooms and living areas. Porch rockers were fabulous to enjoy the water view and amazing skies ,just steps away. Beautiful floating dock and easy access to crystal clear water complete with brick fire pit and chairs. We just brought ourselves and sat back and enjoyed. Great vacation!

Great place for a get-away
We gathered our family for a Thanksgiving celebration at the Lake house. We so enjoyed our time there, even though we couldn't spend time outdoors because of the weather.
We were met by the host, and made to feel immediately welcome. The kitchen was great and well-stocked, and we had everything we needed to cook and serve a Thanksgiving feast.
We highly recommend a stay here - and hope to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the outdoor amenities as well!

Skaneateles birthday weekend
Loved this house! It’s was spotless and very well equipped. We have a little bad weather but weRe cozy and comfortable just making dinner and staying in. The next day was a crisp and sparkling sunshine autumn day and beautiful by the lake. Hope to stay here a again!

Beautiful lakefront home
Everything about this property was amazing - the house was beautiful and you could not ask for a better location. My family loved taking the kayaks and rowboat out on the water, as well as enjoying the spacious backyard along the water. There was plenty of room for backyard games and a beatufil firepit that made hanging out into the evening a blast.
