The property is even more spectacular than the photos portray! It is large and gracious with beautiful flow. The furniture and beds are comfortable as well as attractive. There is both a real peace to the home as well as a big WOW factor.
The covered outside room is enormous and has games, yard toys, coloring books, crayons. The backyard is nestled a few steps below the wrap-around patio, so the kiddies could play as the adults talked and ate.
We booked the whole property for our extended family of ten, including four kids: infant, 2, 3, 7. The two youngest slept in the provided pack-n-plays. The older two loved the bunkbed in the "Disney room." The two toddlers ate at their child sized table and chairs. The rest of us fit comfortably around one of the dining sets outside with baby in the provided high chair.
We went to the beach twice, better equipped than we've ever been - with boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, towels, mats, coolers and a big old WAGON to schlep it all. Our 7-year-old went boogie-boarding for the first time and we had to drag her out of the water two days straight.
Mike and Debby really are super-hosts. Debby answered all my questions before we arrived promptly and thoroughly. She was vicariously excited for us to come and experience their home and their town. Again - no amount of hype was an exaggeration. It truly was a dream vacation for us. THANK YOU!

The best vacation home we have ever stayed in. Our family was blown away by the beautiful home and thoughtfulness that was put into this home. There was activities and games for the kids to play with. Every room having a tv was amazing also. With kids and teenagers being able to watch the shows they wanted. There is so much space in this home to relax and feel like you are on vacation. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Casa De Kona is by far the best vacation venue we have ever occupied. Two very tastefully decorated homes connected by a breeze way. Many games/toys for all from toddlers to adults. Hosts furnished numerous, thoughtful amenities/extras. Our event was a birthday party and small family reunion. There were many small tables & comfortable settings scattered throughout property for individuals/family members to visit. I would give it more than five stars if I could.

My family and I had a amazing time staying at Casa De Kona! Everything was very comfortable and clean, there was plenty of space both indoor and outdoor, and they provided every amenity. Communication with Mike and Debbie was so easy, they were very accommodating allowing us to check in early and providing quick responses. Overall we had an incredible experience and would absolutely recommend their place!

We had three families staying here. Plenty of communal and individual space with plenty of outdoor furniture and heating lamps. The house is stocked with everything you need from standard pots and pans to instant pots, waffle makers, board games, TVs in every room, ev charger in the garage. Haven’t stayed in a rental so well equipped as Casa De Kona. The beach and great restaurants are a short drive away. The hosts are wonderful. They are quick to reply to texts and genuinely want to make your stay the best possible. The personal touches like the complimentary snacks, waters and the hand written welcome card really stand out. Highly recommended for large groups especially families and will definitely rent again!

Great communication and easy access getting in. Very well stocked, including condiments, herbs and spices, along with games. The outdoor area was great! The family enjoyed the yard games and also the outdoor kitchen.

We had such a great time here! From the initial communication to the last home detail, they really thought of everything to be home away from home. It was comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed for a long, rainy weekend. We were happy to stay and enjoy the comforts of this home. The beds were so comfortable, everything was very clean, and there were great toys and family-friendly things to do at the house and backyard. Stocked with all the kitchen appliances you could need and spices, etc we were happy to stay and cook for most meals. A great property and host and we hope to come back in the future!

This property is perfect for larger groups and families with all ages. Property was immaculate, check extremely easy, and everything was very accessible. Amenities gave all ages plenty to do, and beaches were a short drive. Checkout and communication was very easy.

They have gone above and beyond to make this a top notch experience for the whole family! Pretty sure the kids would have given up going to the parks we had tickets for to stay at the house if they were given the choice. They said next time we are scheduling a day just to hang out at the house!

It was a weekend of extended family fun and Casa de Kona was our home base. Debby communicated with us on a regular basis, always prompt, very warm, appropriate and very helpful. The home was sparkling clean, with play areas and lots of seating, well stocked with board games, play equipment and beach toys. Perfect for hanging out. We arranged for a professional photographer to take photos in the outdoor spaces and that was a blast! Lots of opportunities to reconnect and bond. I would recommend it all the way!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and just an all around great place to hang out. Mike and Debby were also so kind, understanding, and beyond accommodating! Thank you!

Okay first, Mike & Debby had awesome communication throughout our entire stay but at the beginning Debby let us know that the house would be available a little bit earlier than expected! (Who ever lets you check in EARLY?!) Super awesome!
I had two picky women in my party who are super hard to please, they arrived first & were able to easily get into the home and they LOVED it! My aunt was so impressed by all of the upgraded details and throughout our trip kept saying "We have EVERYTHING we need!" which is so true, both kitchens come fully stocked!
Mike & Debby put in little extras like snacks and a chocolate cake with a card telling us to enjoy our trip! It's those little things that are so cool & make staying at a rental feel more like home.
We had a little wildlife visitor while staying here so keep an eye out & make sure to pack up any snacks that might be left out in the coolest outdoor hang out spot.
These hosts went above and beyond on this property and literally have you supplied for the best SoCal adventure with beach chairs, wagons, boogie boards, toys in the yard for the kids, and every game you can even imagine. You're going to love staying here!!

Great place.
Kid friendly with lots of activities and games for when you get back from the beach. No need to bring your own beach gear. They have it all. The property is beautiful and completely. A great place for a family get together. Hosts even let us check in early!

Great Setup for Large Family
Really nice property with lots of room for our group of 13. Loved the outdoor spaces and the variety of toys/games that appealed to our family including young kids and teens. Great selection of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas was super helpful so that we didn't have to pack those items from home. Perfect California getaway for multiple families traveling together.

Debby and Mike are amazing hosts, and combined with their beautiful home, made this the best rental experiences I've had. The house had all the amenities you could ask for, and the back patio and yard were perfect for our large group (all adults but would be great for kids too). Thanks Debby & Mike!

Excellent hosts, roomy property
My family (13 of us) loved our stay at Casa de Kona. We rented the entire property and everyone loved the comfortable beds, large outdoor spaces, games and toys for kids, and quiet neighborhood location. We made good use of the grills and fire tables for delicious meals and comfy chats. Check-in was easy. The kitchens are very well equipped, with everything we desired for preparing meals.
There are tons of useful items for trips to the beach. The hosts, Mike and Debby, took very good care of us!

Such a great home!!! Party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). Description and pictures don't do it justice! So much more than i could have expected. We spent new years eve at the fire pit with drinks and dessert. Host is so hospitable they even left us a bowl of snacks, a cake, and chandon champagne!! I can't wait to return!

Everything was super clean. So much to entertain our party of 13 of little children to adults. We had everything we needed and more!! So close to the beach and highway. A lot of things right around the house. Neighbors were nice, plenty of parking. We asked about something and they made it happen!! We will definitely be coming back!!
