We had a decent stay- it was safe, clean, and had working AC. Internet is spotty and doesn’t work most of the time.

Very good hotel! Especially, this room has beautiful scenery. And, the response of the owner is so quickly. I have got big help by the owner’s messages.
There is note, need to prepare detergents and papers. Towels are will not change and clean person is not coming. Here is the condo, not hotel.

The location was good - walking distance to many areas we wanted to see. The view from the room was great.
However, the room itself could use improvements. There was no luggage rack or place to put my suitcase except the floor, which made it very awkward to get on my knees all the time to rummage through the suitcase. The chair next to the bed was very uncomfortable and I had to use the bed pillows in the chair in order to sit for any length of time. The bed mattress definitely needs replacing - lumpy and I sank to the bottom (and I am a small person - 90 lbs.) The drain in the shower was very slow and I found I was ankle deep in water by end of my shower. The water eventually drained, but some "Draino" or similar would be in order. I would also suggest that the plastic flowers be discarded. They are dust catchers and in the way of counter space in the bathroom. I never could get the tv to work, but didn't complain as I didn't care that much. It would have been nice to get the news and weather, but I used my phone. On the positive side, it was nice to have the small refrigerator to store my water and microwave for occasional use. And the kitchenette sink and counter space was convenient. The location and the view are the best features.

The apartment is centrally located to shops, food, and the beach. It was really nice to have a parking stall (this is extra, but a must because there is zero street parking in Waikiki. The view from the room was gorgeous both at night and during the day. Very reasonably priced.

I found this room in the middle of the city quite nice. Looks like it’s an apartment building with random travelers staying here. It’s very clean and very practical. This location makes it easy to move around the city and walk around to different landmarks and restaurants.

Good room. It did the job. Clean and organized. I would stay again.

Clean, decent view, but barely a studio, because hot plate & toaster oven are put away. Not really designed for cooking, but food trucks on the corner. Short walk to convention center and Hilton Villages.( & Waikiki) Aso public bus nearby. For a conference would definely stay there.

Everything you will need is at this property! We cooked food here, walked down to the beach in minutes, soo many coffee shops, restaurants and stores near by. We had parking here as well and it just seemed like we picked the perfect place and not to mention this was the best priced place we could find. 10/10 would recommend. Also the views from this place in the photos don’t do it justice, their is the most beautiful view from the 18th floor.

The property location is okay with the exception is noisy the main issue that we got is that when got there we notice wasn't any toilet paper left I texted the owner and responded to go the second floor and see if they sell some or go to ABC store around the corner and buy some.

I recommend a stay in this apartment. It was nice, with nice view and everything that we needed provided. The décantage is also a parking place in a good price. It’s central location with a walking distance to Waikiki and easy access to all islands directions. I would definitely come back :)

Great location to enjoy the area.

Lots of pros: Awesome location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Huge window with a great view! Great space for 2 people but would be pretty tight for any more than that. Food trucks less than a block away along with a brewery and other options. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Price is one of the best in the area.
Cons: The building isn’t the nicest but the room is nice. Description said that there is a pool but it’s been under renovation for the past couple months so
We couldn’t use it. The AC unit leaked all over my clothes, had to fly home with wet clothes in my bag. The big window is awesome except that the shades don’t cover it fully so we were awaken by the sun a couple mornings. It ended up working out fine but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

A convenient if expensive option in Waikiki.

Served our purpose for two days while awaiting our cruise. Beautiful view and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. If I could change anything it would to have 2 extra pillows, they were flat and uncomfortable, we used our flight neck pillows to fluff them up!
Great experience!
Oh, I would change the yellow paint if I could!

I like this studio unit. The building was well organized and quiet.
The pool is under renovation, so that was disappointing. Good place.

This is a cozy little place a 5-10 minute walk from the ocean. The apartment itself is very clean and lovingly decorated. It has the essentials to make coffee/tea, warm up food (microwave) and even a heating plate in a drawer. It is advertised for two people, so dishes etc are pretty much for two people. We loved it and, if we go to Oahu again, will go there again. The location is very close to the ocean. There are several small stores for food, a coffee & pastry place, a corner with food trucks and a nice sushi place in walking distance. The owner is very responsive. We had a little hickup with the parking reservation that required many email exchanges but we figured it out (our fault, not the owner's). The owner's parking spot is underneath the building and close to an entrance. I cannot judge if the price is justified (compared to other parking places) but it is certainly convenient. Just keep in mind that you will be charged by day not by 24 hour period. You pay for the day you check in and the day you leave. Check-in is with the security guard, who is there most of the time. No problem.
Drawbacks (that wouldn't deter us): it is in what appears like an apartment building that does not look very nice and the hallway smells musty like most of those buildings do. Once you enter the apartment all is good though. It is clean and smells good and you can indeed see the ocean. The picture accurately depicts the view. It is small though. Good for the two people it is advertised for. No luxury, but if that's what you want, you need to pay accordingly. My husband and I are not the youngest anymore but we loved it and would go there again.

This condo was very clean and has an excellent view of the city. It's within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and a huge mall, and Waikiki Brewing is literally just a few doors down. The host was extremely responsive whenever we needed anything. The parking stall could be a bit of a hassle -- someone parked in our designated space twice during our one week stay -- but the on-site staff and the host handled these issues to our satisfaction. We'd certainly stay here again if we're ever in Honolulu. Highly recommend this condo.

This room was almost everything as advertised. Thev"almost" is that you cannot see the fireworks from the room so we missed out, so yhat was a bummer

What we loved the most abt this apt is that it is walking distance from waikiki beach and all the hustle bustle. We didn’t spend lot of time inside the apartment but it was nice and had all required amenities. It has really good panoramic views. The owner was very responsive.

This was our first time renting on Vrbo, and the location was excellent. Great view from our 18th floor condo. Had a few minor issues with the room but our host, Tiffany, responded very quickly to our text and emails and the minor issues were taken care of within a few hours. Unit was clean and well kept. Will definitely stay at units that Tiffany manages again

This was our first time to Oahu, and the location was terrific. We walked around Waikiki and had a great time. This place served us well.

Great views and location. Short walk to Waikiki and the beaches.

Nice stay. Street noise rather loud with window open and a/c unit cycled on/off frequently. Otherwise good.

The fact that the property location was great made all the other issues not as important. The condo was clean. The decor was a mishmash of furnishings to make a room, but all were functional. Essentials were provided. It’s a perfect place to sleep, and spend the rest of the day outdoors.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a wedding and vacation. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a place to stay on a budget. The room is small, but very clean and has big windows with a view and lots of light. The neighborhood is fine and centrally located to both Ala Moana and Waikiki, but you should expect about a 15-20 minute walk to either. We rented a car for a couple days to explore other parts of Oahu. Parking on-site was an additional $12/day

The building itself and the immediate area was a little dodgy/rough looking, but the room itself was gorgeous and a perfect place to come back to after a day on the island.

Our plane arrived earlier than expected, but we weren’t able to check in early because the room was being cleaned. So we sat in the lobby for 2 hours only to find out that the cleaning crew wasn’t even there and the room had already been cleaned. So that was kind of a bummer after a long flight we just wanted to relax and still had to wait.
Let me be clear, I sleep on a bed made from clouds at home, I paid good money to make sure I get my sleep. The mattress in this room could use a little attention, it felt similar to a “hand me down” that I would give my kids after I used it for a few years. My back was not thrilled with me after sleeping on this bed. Other than that, we had an excellent experience at this place.

I loved staying here to attend my son's wedding. The place is just as beautiful as the photograph and was more spacious than I had imagined.
The home was impeccably clean and my host quickly responsive both before and during my stay. The kitchenette had everything I needed and spotless white bath towels were provided. The bright yellow walls are so cheerful and I had a wonderful stay. There is a laundry room in the building and I was able to wash and dry my clothes before packing to go home. Wonderful location and though on a main thoroughfare, the place was wonderfully quiet day and night. If I have occasion to return to Oahu, I will book way in advance so that I can be sure of living in this marvelous home during my stay! Thank you, Tiffany, it was wonderful to have instant replies to my communications with you.

Great apartment with a view
We stayed at Tiffany's apartment for almost a week during our visit to O'ahu. It's a perfect spot to start exploring Honolulu and the whole island and has a great view over to Waikiki as well as Diamond Head. Everything worked totally smooth, the apartment was clean and cozy. Recommendation for all visitors to Honolulu. Close to Waikiki as well as Ala Moana (including Ala Moana Center), TheBus stations very close nearby. Thanks for a great stay!
