About this apartment rental
Absolutely stunning condo that is ocean & pool front. Enjoy the best of both views from this huge, three bedroom, three bath condo at the only condo complex directly on the beach with its own restaurant/bar by the pools. Parking garage with parking for two. Mid-island location, quiet, yet close to everything but you won't even need to leave once you arrive!
New pools opened in 2022 (one is heated).
This condo has it all! The only complex directly on the beach with two pools, a restaurant and bar on-site. This unit has views of everything from your balcony. It is located mid-island so you are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and not far from the downtown area.
You will have access to the pool/bar area, parking garage and the beach!
We offer self check-in but we are close by should you have any issues during your stay and are happy to answer any questions.
Located mid-island, within walking and/or biking distance to shops and restaurants. The entire island is 3 1/2 miles long and the complex is basically in the middle. Nice, quiet location yet close to everything!
You can easily get around the island by foot, bike or renting a golf cart. Local taxi companies charge a very minimal fee to take you anywhere on the island.
You are allowed TWO parking spaces. Because the island is so small, most complexes only have room for two vehicles per guest. Please make sure you are aware of this when you book. There is NO option for more parking. There is paid street parking. Visit the Park TYB app or City of Tybee Island website for more info on parking.
We do allow ONE pet (maximum 50 lbs) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
We are a "dog friendly" condo. Our rules concerning dogs are as follows:
$100 non-refundable pet fee
50 lb limit
Dogs are not allowed in pool area or on the beach at any time and there is a hefty fine
Must be current on vaccinations
Must be at least 1 yr. old
Must clean up after your dog and dispose of properly
There is a noise ordinance so if your fur baby is a barker, you might want to reconsider as this is a busy complex and excessive barking will not be tolerated.
**Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.
You are allowed TWO parking spaces at the complex and passes will be left in your unit before your arrival.
A couple of other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.
We provide beach towels, but we do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas due to storage space. You can rent both on the beach during the peak season or from Tim's Bikes & Beach Gear Rentals all year round.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO:
Please be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible.
You could be charged an extra cleaning fee if you leave an excessive mess which causes our housekeeping to spend extra time cleaning.
Who can rent: The person responsible for making a reservation, the "Renter," must be at least 25 years of age, secure the reservation with a major credit card that is in their name and occupy the rental property during the reservation period.
We do allow ONE pet (up to 25 lbs) with a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. Our cleaning fee will increase if there is extensive cleaning to be done outside of a normal cleaning. You could be charged up to $500.00 in damages. Report ANY damages immediately to the property manager. The city of Tybee as well as the complex observes quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Please follow the noise ordinance and be respectful of other guests. Please be advised: We allow early check-in's ONLY with prior arrangements. If you check yourself in early without pre-arranging, you will be charged for an extra day.

Our family just spent a week at this property in June and I can not say enough good things. The unit was updated, very clean and well appointed. The balcony overlooking the pool and the beach was perfection! I’m a mom to 4 and pretty picky about places we stay and this did not disappoint. We had plenty of room for our group of 11. The resort itself was in a great location mid beach with awesome views and a great pool deck. The restaurant onsite offered delicious food and fun drinks! We had a blast exploring Tybee Island for our first time! Special shout out to Jac at Tybee Tour Company for giving us a historical tour of the north end of the island and Fort Screven! Her southern charm and depth of knowledge was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend both this property and her tour to anyone! We truly enjoyed ourselves!

We had a great Senior trip for our Girl Scouts! All 6 of them got to stay in one room together and no problems sharing the huge space and enormous bathroom. The condo was a perfect fit for the 8 of us. We loved the pool area and the proximity to beach access as well as the ability to walk for ice cream or shopping. Would highly recommend.

Amazing ocean views from the room and having a restaurant and bar on the ocean was really awesome. The food and drinks are great and they keep you coming back for more.
Plenty of parking for any car or truck. The unit is exactly like the description and pictures. Really comfortable beds and pillows with great showers. All the rooms had smart flat screen TV’s that worked perfectly. I would and will stay here again for sure.

Great spot for the family. Super clean and well equipped with essentials like hand soap and the shampoo someone always forgets to bring. Quick communication from the owner when needed. Dog friendly spot that did not look like it’d ever had a dog in it. We love our dog, but like a clean place and this spot delivers. Thank you!

Everything you needed at the house was there. Plenty of room. Great view of the ocean and the pool was so close
Closet space was limited in 2 of the bedrooms. One king bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Th biggest issue we had was no chairs being available for the beach. The chair rental place had no one to set up the chairs and no beach chairs were available at the condo.

This was our first time at Tybee island and we could not have had a better time :-) Condo was portrayed perfectly in pictures. We loved having a restaurant on site. Thank you for helping make our annual family vacation one that we will remember forever.

the complex is not well maintained -- there were multiple locations throughout the property where there were water leaks -- showers around the pool area , going down to the beach -- the parking lot was very poorly designed -- with hazards in many locations

It was difficult to find this unit going down a long dark corridor, although instructions were given. We found it better to access from ramp in parking garage to elevator. Once inside, you'll be impressed with the high end renovations, attractiveness, and spaciousness!

Spacious condo for a family vacation! Having the pool and the beach and a restaurant right there was great. On the “quieter side” of the island but it’s small enough that we experienced a lot of the area.

The balcony view of the two new pools with the ocean beyond was very beautiful and relaxing we all enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again.

We loved this property. Plenty of room for several families, the beach was easily accessed and the pool was amazing! The room could use a better cleaning. That would be our only lower rating. Especially the bathrooms. Outside of the cleanliness, it’s a fantastic property that we will visit again.

Endless Vue…we will miss you
This condo is perfect in every way! The location with the views, easy one level access, from pool or beach to your beautiful well designed condo, SO ROOMY!!!! Great sized bedrooms and bathrooms and updated! I got praised for how good i did in selecting it so i will pass that on to you! Everyone in the area is so nice. Its quieter part of the island so peaceful stay, we will definitely stay again when we come to the savannah area! Thanks for the memories🤗

This condominium has it all! From the minute you walk in, your vacation has started. The rooms are extraordinarily large, amenities are top notch, restaurant on site has excellent food and the beach is a stones throw away. You cannot pick a better choice for vacation living!

This vacation rental is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. It was nice being so close to the pool and beach. There is plenty of seating inside and out. You cannot beat it if you are bringing a large group. The beds are comfortable. Nice mid-island location.

Great Place to Stay
First time to Tybee Iland; had a great experience. Only complaints:
An u friendly gentleman in the office, refrigerator needed wiped out and not a lot of space for food. A pantry where the trash can is would have been awesome. Otherwise, a fantastic vacation. Thank You!

Amazing bed/bath combos
This property is extremely nice. The bedroom/bathroom combinations are exceptional and very comfortably slept our 10 people. The location is perfect, overlooking the pool area and ocean. The living space is large and nicely furnished, as is the balcony. There is an on-site bar and restaurant which is great, however an AC issue forced it to be closed several days while we were there. Each unit is given 2 parking passes which would have been a problem except that we had friends staying in the same complex who gave us their extra pass.
The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the kitchen. We like to make big meals as a family and this kitchen is very small. The washer/dryer is located in the kitchen, taking up some much needed cabinet space. There is minimal cookware...enough to get by but not very good quality. We ended up using the dining table for snacks since there was limited space to store them.
A few minor changes could really help. A cabinet with drawers and shelves could replace the bench against the wall and give much needed storage space. A set of cookware from Walmart with skillets/pots & pans would be a great addition.
Would we stay there again? Absolutely. But I'd bring my own skillet and some Tupperware next time!

Great 3 bedroom condo, good location
Perfect condo for families with grown children offers 3rd bedroom large beds not twin bunk beds. Also great for younger children, very close to pool and beach. Nice restaurant on the property, Nice location on the island and only 20 minutes to Savannah. Definitely would stay here again.

Enjoyed our time
Spacious. Everyone had a place to go and spread out. 3 bathrooms made getting ready much faster. The large shower in master bedroom leaked and was a hassle. But once we figured out what would happen and prepared with towels, we managed. Conveniently located for easy access to pools and beach. Large playground and recreation area located across street was nice for younger children who were tired of sand and water. Parking was a bit of a hassle as we had 12 people but only 2 parking passes. For a condo that sleeps 12+, having more than 2 parking spaces would be beneficial. Overall enjoyed our time as a family for the week.

I brought my bridesmaids for a bachelorette trip, and we absolutely loved the place! It had plenty of room for the 8 of us. It was very nice and sophisticated, and a great place for last fling!

Excellent location great place to relax!
This place was amazing! It was super spacious and very clean :) there was room for our large group and we had a great time at the pool and the beach which were both very close! Also it was awesome that there was a restaurant at the condo that had great food and drinks! 10 out 10 would recommend this place to anyone that wants to vacation here!
