About this house rental
Interlachen 4 one of two creek-side Interlachen units that Gull Lake Beach Resorts has, and it is one of our favorites. This gorgeous creek-side Interlachen unit has three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms which can easily sleep up to six guests. Interlachen Townhome 4 is a popular vacation spot for families and groups, who love the aesthetics of Interlachen Townhome 3. It will be easy to feel refreshed and rejuvenated when you're staying at Interlachen 4, because of the beautiful interiors that feel like home and the detailed exterior that will have you wanting to spend as much time outside as possible. Make it a priority to enjoy your morning brew by the floor to ceiling windows, where you are surrounded by serene nature views. Adults can grill up a yummy dinner on the propane grill, or lounge around the firepit while watching the sunset. Host a nice game of poker outside on the patio tables, while the kids are playing on the community playground. Interlachen 4 is a true Gull Lake vacation spot, one where lifetime traditions are made.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what's listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $79 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!

Unit was a great location for a family wedding in Nisswa area. Management was easy to communicate with. Unit was clean and in great condition. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Because the guests are required to wash and put away their own dishes when departing, the rental company really should inspect them before the next guest arrives. In most VRBO's, you load the dishwasher, start it and depart. Our dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before using them.

This place is the perfect size for an intimate getaway. Everything was easily accessible and clean. The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for what we needed
The property was well maintained, easy to settle into & very comfortable. We were centrally located to the activities we wanted to participate in. And...when a freak snow storm came up, we were warm inside & able to enjoy the weather safely from the warmth of our vacation home.

Weekend getaway
I had initially rented a different property at this location, however prior to my arrival I was contacted by management and advised that property would not be available due to some upgrades they were doing. To make up for this I was automatically upgraded to this larger self contained property located on the same property.
Although the design and look of this property was different then my initial booking, it was still extremely nice and well suited for our needs. This unit has a total of 5 beds, over 3 rooms. Each with their own on suite bathroom. This property would be well equipped to host large family or group gatherings with comfort. It was extremely well kept and decorated very tastefully.
If I was forced to list any cons. It would be that the property can accommodate up to 10 guests. However the living room has seating for 5, and the dining room table seating for 6, with 2 additional stools at a counter. Likewise the pots and pans provided would not be suitable for cooking for a large group.
Overall this is a beautiful property which I would definitely book a second time. The management team was attentive and communicated very well. I can only imagine how amazing this property would be in peak summer months!

The property needs warmer furniture – more comfortable. Also, we could not increase the temperature above 68°. Apparently the owners have the thermostat set so that the tenants cannot adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.

Great property!
My husband and two young boys (1 and 2 years old) stayed at this property for 5 days/4 nights. It was perfect - quiet, close to the beach, the lake was great for the boys to wade in and play (not too deep). We also rented a pontoon for one day which was easy and great!

We needed to contact maintenance and Justin was fabulous. This was a fabulous place and very comfortable. The only downfall is it does not look directly at the lake but the beach is only a few steps away!
