Great host and exceptional location. Good size living-dining room. Kitchen is fairly well equipped but disorganized. Could use a better sink and faucet specially because there is no dishwasher. Nor is there a microwave oven. It’s a third floor walk-up. Apartment sleeps no more than 3 persons in comfort in two bedrooms. Bed linen and towels a bit old and tattered. We loved the location and had very good communication with our friendly host. The small things mentioned above could be easily updated.

We had a very nice stay for a long weekend in the appartment. It was clean and the beds are good. It's situated in the middle of the city. You can do everything on foot.The parking garage in which the owners can reservate a place for you is quite near. The owners are very helpfull. Next time we would come back.

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect for what we needed. There are places to eat everywhere you go and the shopping is endless. Unless you have a lot of money the immediate area may not be the place for you to shop. Löhrstrasse is only a few minutes walk and the shopping there is endless, without vehicular traffic, and you can find real bargains there. The apartment itself is very spacious, the bed was comfy and having 2 bathrooms was great. There are a couple of things that would help improve your stay here. Blinds in the living room are a must. The brand new shower needs a track by the entrance to keep the water inside it's area because it runs out into the rest of the bathroom. Last I want to mention that laundromats like we are used to don't exist, so having a washing machine would be a huge benefit here. The nearest laundry facility is a 20 minute walk.

Nice apartment overlooking market place. It’s on the fourth floor so got some exercise carrying luggage up. Worth it for the view of market activities. Host was amazing!!!! Even drove with us to provide us a parking spot. Yummy ice cream parlor on ground floor. Nice restaurants on street. Fully recommend. Loved our stay

Property is clean, complete and well located. The old town is the place to be, with all you need in walking distance, including the street mucisians. In front of the house they played classical ‘ the four seasons ‘ of Vivaldi. Very good. There’s no parking space, you need to park in the Parkhaus nearby, they charge you 24 hrs € 24,- . Be awere, there is no elevator, just stairs and 65 steps.

Lovely apartment in superb location in centre of town. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and close to train station. Apartment is up a few flights of stairs but host’s kind brother helped carry our bags. The only negative point we had was we were unable to use the washing machine as it was not in our apartment.

Roomy flat with all the mod cons. It was warm and comfortable over the four nights we had it in November. The flat is right in the middle of the old town, an easy 20 min walk from the main train station. Everything is walkable and has a really good vibe. Would definitely return to Koblenz again and would happily book the flat again.

Great apartment for 4 adults in centre of the old town. Large living room, kitchen and main bedroom. 2nd bedroom and bed a little smaller. A sofa in this room could also be used as a single bed. Helpful having a bathroom and an additional toilet and hand basin. 69 steps to the 3rd floor apartment but manageable by 4 older persons. Short walk to the Rhine and Mosel Rivers and Stadt Mitte station. Recommend.

Fabulous location in old town. Plenty of room. We were there during a hot spell and a couple of room fans would have been nice. Also a few kitchen amenities such as coffee filters, salt, pepper, microwave would have been appreciated. Manager on site downstairs very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our visit…

Alles in einem ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Abgesehen vom Bad, wo das Wasser von der Dusche nicht richtig abläuft und man das komplette Bad unter Wasser setzt. Auch wenn man nur schnelle 5 Minuten duschen geht läuft es nicht gut ab. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene hatten aber nicht genügend große Handtücher, halb so schlimm ein kleines geht ja schließlich auch. Dennoch ist die Lage der Wohnung super und auch der Rest. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Lage des Objekts mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Man kann quasi alles zu Fuß erreichen. Leider muss man das Objekt auch so erreichen, was aber nicht so schlimm ist, da das nächste Parkhaus nicht weit weg ist. In der Tiefgarage des Schängel-Centers war auch der mitgebuchte Stellplatz. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Eisdiele des Vermieters. Das Eis ist wirklich Spitzenklasse und nur zu empfehlen! Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war mehr als ausreichend groß für uns mit 3 Personen und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Einige wenige Kritikpunkte will ich aber noch anführen: Es fehlen einige Leuchtmittel, die Beleuchtung des Spiegelschranks im Bad ging gar nicht, die Deckenleuchte im Schlafzimmer fängt nach einiger Zeit an zu flackern. Die Handtuchhalter waren lose und müssten mal wieder befestigt werden. Der Backofen könnte eine Grundreinigung vertragen. WLAN ist vorhanden und schnell, jedoch hat der Fernseher keine HDMI-Buchsen, weshalb der mitgebrachte Fire-TV-Stick auch ohne Einsatz blieb. Für 3 Nächte nicht tragisch. Im Bad müffelt es nach Abfluss, was aber auch an dem historischen Gebäude liegen kann. Im Wohnzimmer wäre eine alternative Lampe zur Deckenlampe ganz schön, um etwas gemütlicheres Licht zu haben. Das hört sich vielleicht schlimmer an, als es ist. Alles in allem aber ist es eine schöne Wohnung und Koblenz und Umgebung sind wirklich toll.

Great location in the heart of the Alstadt.

This is a great location within meters from many restaurants and cafes. Nice view of the platz below. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. comfortable beds, kitchen, washing machine, tv, coffee maker and nespresso. It took us a few minutes to find the apartment as the entrance isn’t on a street you can drive on and we didn’t communicate with the owner before arriving (our fault). There is a parking spot available but you need to notify owner in advance to check availability. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, just a wide, beautiful old wooden staircase. So if you have heavy luggage it will be a climb. None of this took away from the comfort and convenience of the apartment and location. We would like to stay again one day when we have more time to fully enjoy the apartment and city.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, mitten in der Altstadt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Preis sind Handtücher, Bettwäsche enthalten. Zum Parken steht, gegen Gebühr, ein Parkhaus in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Hier sollte man mit dem netten Vermieter klären, wie man am besten an die Fernbedienung für den mit Rolltor verschlossenen Bereich des Parkhauses kommt. Die Gastronomie rund herum ist sehr schön, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und hilfbereit.
