Palm Harbor visit

The space was beautiful! It included a screened in porch off the living room and a balcony off the bedroom. We had access to the pool, our own parking spot and convenient trash facilities. We were right off Highway 19 and central to everything. Check in and check out went extremely smooth, thanks to our host Mari.

a must stay again- excellent location!

nice location, pool was very clean and even though it was for all tenants, we had it to ourselves every night. Nice gas grill on patio, stores all close by. clean and plenty of dishes and cookware! we really felt like it could be our second home- right on the canal- saw turtles and fish out our back door! a must stay again location.

nothing to complain about, other than it took us a little time to figure out the tv remote- user issue, not the place! lol

Fun in the Sun!

The condo was excellent,everything we needed and wanted. Our contact was very informative,even leaving us a large bunch of bananas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Only one thing,the hot tub was not working.

Exceptional

The accommodation has a private entrance and the parking lot is in front of the house entrance. Very convenient. It was nice to walk just a few steps to our accommodation ( on a very hot or rainy day). Very clean and spacious. We appreciate for keeping the items for the beach in the accommodation. We used them on the beaches.

The mattress on the sleeping sofa was not realy comfortable ( according to my son).

The location and access was superb, communication between us and Mari was excellent, she was extremely kind and did her very best to ensure that our stay was stress free. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

King and pullout beds were comfortable. Kitchen accessories, patio and view, bathroom and shower, and temperature control provided comfortable stay. Parking and location were good for us.

Hope the surrounding properties can continue to improve. For 3 old guys this was all we needed. Cleaning fee and total cost were high. Would like lower cost offers.

Great comfortable place to stay in Lake Tarpon with great amenities!

Great spacious apartment in Lake Tarpon. Very comfortable, quiet and with all the amenities you would need while away. The host was so kind and caring when asked for some special requests. I have recommended that other family and friends stay here in the future!

We could have used a map of the facility, pool, laundry. Also, laundry area could have used a soup dispenser or that could be listed as things you will need to get to do laundry. Coins also or convert machines to except credit cards.

It was good, but pool or hot tub!

It would have been nice to be able to walk to a store or a restaurant. Host was awesome!

Pool and hot tub were not heated. $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry for clothes. The pool was a must for us and we did not know this until we got to the pool. Just sad about that.

Enjoyable home away from home

Balcony with water view. Comfort and ease of property overall. Easy and free parking. Value for spend. Owner/manager is great!

TV in bedroom didnt seem to work. TV's were not smart TV's and there was no access to youtube, netflix, etc. only basic sat channels.

The manager Maria was exceptional! The unit was spacious, clean and had many comfort features(extra paper products, towels, pillows etc.) The area was quiet, yet right conveniently located right off US 19. Everything was well maintained, including the pool and jacuzzi. Big perk was the private lanai with a view of a small canal! So peaceful🥰

Very nice place. Would stay at again.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. Close to Tarpon Springs for a nice boat ride for dolphin sightseeing and shelling. 45 minutes and you are at Clearwater and a little less to TPA. Very close to Honeymoon Island State Park and boat ride to Caladesi Island State Park. Silly us did not see the two chairs and umbrella in the closet. Even has a styrofoam cooler. Rented the chairs and umbrella at Caladesi for $29. Not used to six lanes of traffic and doing U-turns all the time (part of Florida), but had an overall good time. We would definitely rent this place again and since we have family in Lakeland, that is very possible.

The kitchen sink did not have a plug that we could see/find.
