In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.
WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!
HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**
SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.
GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)
SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

We really enjoyed our 5 days stay. No bad surprises. The penthouse is even bigger than we tought. Everything was as presented, super confortable and very clean. Location was just perfect with excellent restaurants close by and walking distance of Quartier Français. Professional and easy to reach customer service when needed.

The space was located in a good area to be mobile! We ventured about and found some great spots. Easy Uber to Frenchman and Bourbon. A nice walk to trolley to take to the Garden district. You pass a cute coffee house French Truck Coffee - highly recommend.

This was the perfect location and a great neighborhood. It was easy to communicate with the management property. They provided a number we could call or text anytime. They always responded promptly. This unit had absolutely everything needed for our trip. It is so spacious. We felt extremely safe walking the neighborhood and visiting all the great places to eat and get coffee. I am still missing that bed ... super comfortable. This unit was absolutely as advertised and the check-in/check-out was super easy ... none of the nonsense you find with some of the others that make you wonder what you are paying all those fees for.
