Pass through the dining room and you will find a breakfast table for 4 people, ample bar seating, and the incredible kitchen. The master suite is to the right of the dining area and is outfitted with a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, and has a beautiful ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower with subway tiles, his and hers sinks, and tons of natural light.

Outfitted with spectacular counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a chef’s pantry, wine cooler, and custom coffee bar this kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! Whether you are looking forward to cooking family meals on the fabulous gas stove or prefer to chill your favorite beverage in the cooler and order dinner from a local restaurant, this kitchen fits the bill. The unique stairwell adjoins the living room and leads to the top floor of the home. Beautiful pendant lighting gives a relaxing ambient glow to the room and the undershelf lighting on the coffee bar is sleek and convenient. There is access to the back deck that features a gas grill and stairwell to the fenced in back yard.
