About this cabin rental
This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, plus loft Donnelly home is the perfect escape for a family retreat or friend gathering. Don't forget to bring your canine companion, this home is pet-friendly! The home can accommodate up to 12 guests who will thoroughly enjoy everything Pine Tree Lodge has to offer from its prime proximity just minutes to Lake Cascade, to the theatre room and large backyard.

Summer activities include mountain biking, hiking, fishing, canoeing, boating, jet skiing, horseback riding, zip line or bike at Tamarack Resort, enjoy a round of golf at one of the four courses in the valley and all the water sports you can imagine.
In the winter, there is skiing and snowboarding at the nearby Tamarack Resort or at McCall's Brundage Ski Resort, sledding and beginner skiing at the Activity Barn near McCall, thousands of acres of snowmobiling, and your own private sledding hill right out the back yard.
Year-round you can visit the nearby Gold Fork Hot Springs, explore the wooded surroundings, bike, hike or just relax in this luxurious cabin and enjoy games, watch a movie or whip up something delicious in the gourmet kitchen.
The cabin is accessible year-round and the roads and driveway are cleared in the winter. There are no hills or slopes to maneuver and four wheel drive is not necessary.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

The property was very clean and the house was well suited for the 12 of us to be together.

I didn’t not see anywhere in the original listing that the total dog limit is two and was not informed of that until two weeks prior to booked dates. Breed restrictions do apply and I was a little disappointed that our Great Dane was denied due to “excessive drool” which is not a trait of the breed. Cabin was nice and property was fully fenced as stated. Cabin was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall stay was great, just wish I would have known about the specifics of how “pet friendly” the property was prior to booking.

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of comfy beds. Not all rooms have a TV but didn’t mind it. There was no dryer and the washer didn’t work. We only stayed the weekend so not a huge deal but we did have little kid clothes that needed washed.

Nice cabin ,but it can use some up dates the rail outside by the sliding door need to be reinforce. the sliding door lock and screen need to be fix. The dryer was not working it did not dry the towels and had issues with the basement bathroom it leak and smell like toilet water in the next bedroom. But other than that we had a good time . Neighborhood was quiet. and close to the lake.

Ski lodging
We rented this cabin as a home base for the skiers. Plenty of room on the main floor for those that don't do stairs well. It was very slick outside but salt was provided. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen

Great Getaway
This is a roomy home less than a mile from Boulder Creek Beach and a short trip to 2 state parks. It was a great, well-maintained home and the property manager was very responsive.
It was unseasonably warm, so the top floor got a little toasty. But, they provided plenty of fans and we were super comfortable in the basement and back deck.
Definitely a recommend!

We had a lot of fun sledding down the small hill next to the house. The house was clean and fairly well stocked. The kitchen could have been stocked better for being able to sleep 12. All in all it suited our needs well. Nice quiet neighborhood.
