Great property. So much better than staying in a hotel. Place was clean and functional. Ocean view from the deck. Easy walk to all the best bars and restraunts in town. And directly upstairs from the best crabcakes in the state.

Absolutely loved our stay! Walked to the ice cream shop each night. Sooo close to beach and fun to watch from balcony. Great size kitchen. Smelled good. Lots of windows. Comfy seating. Covered our Bedroom window to make it darker.

Loved the location--can view the ocean and bay from the balcony, and didn't have to walk far for anything. Nice and bright, many windows with great views. Everything was spotless and Harry was responsive and helpful when we needed him. Would definitely stay here again!

My whole family (wife, two boys ages 18 and 16) was impressed with this rental. The property manager was attentive and helpful. Pictures of the inside did not do it justice. Pictures of the view of the ocean and location are accurate. Quite close to the beach as well as number of restaurants and bars in Dewey but surprisingly, we did not hear a lot of street noise at night. Also a short walk to two watersport rentals for kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis and banana boat. We rented from Dewey Beach Watersports at Northbeach and they were great. Would definitely rent this property again.

This is a great location. It is close to the beach and restaurants. You can park your car and not have to use it if you choose. Harry responds quickly to any questions. We would definitely go back.

My BFF and I had a great stay here. Close to the sand and everything in Dewey. I was able to bike to all the trails. The condo itself is very clean and the kitchen, dining, and living areas are big and roomy. Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker (2 actually), microwave, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook full meals. The sand chairs and umbrellas are great, too. We plan to make this our yearly rental! Harry was also great to work with and helped me quickly add a few extra days into the stay.

We loved this place! It was easy and clean and right in the heart of everything. The corner balcony was great and everything in the place was in great condition. We don’t stay at home much when we’re in Dewey, so it is not a problem for the place to just have the basics. It really is in great shape and clean! Easy communication/check-in as well. We will be back!

Beautiful Beach, Restaurants, Breweries, Bars, great Nightlife options, Bands, Surf Shops. Everything is walking distance from a great spot with excellent water views. Check out the local Dewey Beach scene from the wrap around deck. Well stocked, clean. Pictures represent it perfectly.

The condo is exactly as advertised. It's in an excellent location and is just what we needed. Steps to the beach and steps to great restaurants. It was clean on arrival and very spacious. We utilized the kitchen majority of our stay which had all the essential items needed to make a meal. The wrap around deck allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze and great views! It was very convenient to have an assigned parking spot right in front of the condo. We decided to extend our stay another night and the owner was very accommodating on a short notice. The owner was extremely responsive and super helpful! Would definitely stay here again.
