Hermoso hotel a buen precio

¡El hotel es tiene una decoración muy hermosa, y todo estaba muy limpio, y el precio es excelente, y por ser miembro de Booking te dan buenas ofertas!

Deberían poner un seguridad en la entrada, ya que el hotel está ubicado en una zona peligrosa, pero igualmente no tuve ningún inconveniente.

Estaba limpio y el edificio por dentro está muy bonito

La zona donde se encuentra ubicado no es muy recomendable, incluso los locales nos recomendaban tener mucho cuidado al caminar por ahí.

Localização é boa, o hotel e limpo e tem decorações bonitas.

Não possui frigobar, o banheiro fica descendo água toda hora, a noite o barulho incomodava.

Prima voor doorreis maar geluid en buurt waren niet aantrekkelijk

Schone kamer. Fijne grote bedden. Prima douche en opzich aardig ingericht. Lijkt nieuw.

Personeel was een beetje onvriendelijk. Op zaterdag zaten gasten te chillen in de common room. Erg gehorig in onze kamer. Ook jammer dat er geen ramen waren en slecht geventileerd.

Good for us as all we needed was a place close to the airport to spend the night.

Good location for those flying from the Albrook airport. The room was not dirty and the bathroom was spacious. Check-in possible until late as they have a 24h reception.

The room smelled a bit weird and it was hard to figure out how to lock it properly. The receptionists didn’t speak English.

Centrale gelegen hotel met goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Buurt was niet top. Ook was het erg gehorig op de kamer door het ‘cafeteria’ op dezelfde verdieping. Ook zat er bij ons geen raam in de kamer.

Lo pensaría nuevamente

La habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad, las instalaciones no eran las mejores, esperaba algo muy diferente en realidad. Creo que por precio y calidad, estaba bien.

A localização não é aconselhada, segundo nos avisaram é uma zona menos segura da cidade. O quarto tinha baratas! Ouvem se as descargas de água de uns quartos para os outros.

Ok pour deux nuits. Nous allions voir des spectacles pour le festival de Jazz.

C’était correcte sans plus. L’emplacement près du métro était bien.

L’ascenseur s’est arrêté entre deux étages. Il faisait très chaud et c’était paniquant. Quand finalement le service fut rétablie, j’ai essayé d’en savoir plus au près du personnel, mais la personne a la réception ne parlait que l’espagnol et elle n’a pas pu me diriger vers une personne qui comprenait une autre langue.

Nichts. Der Herr an der Rezeption beim einchecken war freundlich und bemüht

Wir haben ein zwei Bett zimmer bestellt und kamen in ein Zimmer mit drei Betten. Es war kein Platz um sich zu bewegen. Es war sehr laut, da man die Gäste und die Rezeption ab 5 Uhr morgens gehört hat. Nachts fiel das Wasser komplett aus, keine Wc, kein Duschen war möglich.

Me gusto el precio

Los cuartos para 3 camas me pareció pequeño , faltaba tacho de basura para el espacio de dormitorio, la tele no tenía más que 7 canales me parece , el aire acondicionado podría tener una mucha mejor posición para que a todos nos dé el aire por igual , y podría tener una opción de frigobar , más ganchos de ropa y mejorar la ATENCIOn de alguna del personal del hotel.

Nice people, very helpful.

The room was noisy, I had all the time a sound from the bathroom, some water noise (like as if the toilet tries to refill. At one point the toilet broke and I could change the room, but also there the noise from the plobing was well hearable.

Good value for money but rude front desk employee and poor organisation

- Good value for money - Working AC with work desk in the room - 24 hour front desk - snacks and coffee for purchase - comfortable rooms

- Location is central but very shady. There are basically no coffee shops in the area. Contrast this with an area like Casco or costa del este where there are upscale coffee shops. The area is pretty lower socioeconomic - Girl at the front desk with red hair is rude. Checked me into a room that was not ready and had not been cleaned. Then checked me into a room with a faulty light bulb and defective AC. Third room was fine but then she was short with me for the remainder of my stay. Needs to improve her attitude.

I would have appreciated a response from the property on my request for early check-in (in English) and a response on my difficulty reaching the property (in Spanish). No responses came other than a robot note (in spanish) about attractions around the hotel.

Cheap for one night, but not again

No window and noisy. We stayed 2 nights and couldn’t sleep through. We had the room across the „cafeteria“ so people always chatted there and we could listen to every conversation. The location is also not in a good part of the city. At least we didn’t really feel so safe there.

I like a lot this hotel and I would definitely choose it again.

Very nice and pleasant room, with nice design. New, modern and clean, as the whole hotel. Location - it is very close to the center and around you have everything you need. Great people (a part of one women which has big problems with customer service and education), they ware helpful, friendly and just nice.

I likeed the location but honestly it is not the safest ever, , I would not recommend to walk in the night around. Very loud in the night

Very good value for money, although not very central has everything you need very close-by (restaurant, laundromat, 24h supermarket and metro station). The room was comfortable, WiFi good. The shower had good pressure and hot water.

The room had no windows.

Pleasant

There was no breakfast included. My room had no windows. The location was very good, walking distance to the old town and very close to the main shopping street. Also, a big supermarket, open 24/7, is only a block away.

Sound isolation between rooms could be better.
