Zimmer viel kleiner als angegeben

- gute zentrale Lage - Klimaanlage

Das Zimmer sollte lt. Booking 30 m² groß sein. Stattdessen waren es nur knapp 18 m², wovon 5 m² auf das Bad entfielen. Das ist für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Man konnte sich kaum drehen. Bis auf den Nachtwächter nicht wirklich freundliches Personal.

Don’t stay here!

good location, nice cafe downstairs, number of issues with the room (no water, toilet blocked, safe didn’t work). staff were sullen and unhelpful.

staff never smile, apologise, explain, rarely look up from their phones. the breakfast cafe staff were poorly trained. had to pay for a 2nd cup of coffee at the included breakfast!

My stay was ok, but for the high price I expected more silence comfort and privacy.

The cleanliness and comfort of the mattress was great.

It was very loud in my room what was coming from the inner backyard and bar belonging to the hotel. Coffee with milk was not includedvin the breakfast. Everyone going up the stairs could have a watchvover the window into my room. It also felt that I was disturbing the staff with questions I had.

nice large room with dressing room and bathroom, decent if limited breakfast. Excellent location.

Sound really travelled from nearby bars, there were also some issues with leakages in the bathroom

Good

The head staff person at check in was rude and helped others before us even though we had been waiting longer. And there wasn’t water for two days not even to flush our toilets 🤷🏼‍♂️not happy with this place …food was good and beds were decent.

if you like to stay downtown and you‘re just in the room to sleep its a good address, but not to hang out.

Really central location. Breakfast (traditional nica) was really good. AC works good, room and bathroom were clean.

Not much sunlight in the room as there was only one window with beer crates in front. There‘s no space to hang out than the restaurant next by. there is actually a terrace on top but it was messy and not really ment to use.

Nothing... They cancelled my reservation without respecting the time indicated in booking.com then they told it was the way they worked even if booking had something else in it. I came to the hotel at 4pm the check in was supposed to be until 9 pm. They just gave my room to someone else

We loved our trip to El Caite! The moment we stepped in we were attended very well! The rooms were clean and orderly, the breakfast was delicious, and most important of all; it was safe and close to all the best restaurants and services we needed! Will come again!
