LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: Pets welcome! Home-base your Whitefish vacation at this condo situated in the heart of the Mountain Village at Whitefish Resort! Live in the mountains of Montana while having immediate walking or biking access to all kinds of year-round alpine activities with only a 10-minute drive down to the town of Whitefish proper.
ACTIVITIES AND DINING: Take a chairlift ride to the top for incredible views of Glacier Park's peaks while hiking on trails around the resort's peaks and basins – be sure to pick lots of huckleberries on the way…. mountain biking? Take chair lift laps on the downhill bike trails or access the Whitefish Trail for a great cross-country bike or (trail hiking escapades). Enjoy the alpine slides, ropes course, and zip lines. Eat a 5-star meal at the Kandahar Lodge across the street from the condo or hang out with locals at the adjacent BierStube. When you are ready to launch beyond the resort, the condo is a short drive away to adventures or scenic enjoyment at Glacier Park, Whitefish Lake, Legacy Bike Park, and any of the other surrounding highlight destinations of the area!
SHUTTLE BUS: The free public shuttle bus picks up and drops off 100 yards from the condo building and can be used to get to and from Whitefish town proper – pro-tip for bikers: the public bus also shuttles bikes in both directions during bike season so bike down the reservoir road trail system (part of the Whitefish Trail System) and take a shuttle back up to the condo ….
THE CONDO: This beautiful three-level vacation rental has a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 baths. The main level features an open floor plan -- a cozy living room with a built-in couch and reading nook; a balcony deck with views of the surrounding slopes; a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large dining table great for gathering to eat, talk, and play games. The condo has three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The top-floor bedroom features three full beds (a full over full bunk bed and one stand-alone full-size bed), a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with expansive mountain views. The upper bedroom also has a private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom is located on the middle floor and features a king-size bed and a shared guest bathroom. The third bedroom, located on the lower level, features a full over full bunk bed. A small workspace is provided as well as a full-size ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Other amenities of this condo include a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a garage.

Our family loves staying at the alpine oasis and this was either our 3rd or 4th stay there. The location is perfect. All the little special touches, hooks everywhere, boot dryers, new kitchen seating, make everything so easy. The kitchen is ready for action too:) thank you for being dog friendly! Neighbors are friendly too, thanks again!

We had a blast skiing the mountain. The shuttle around town were also really nice. The house was perfect for our group of 4 with extra space that we didn’t need but was nice to spread out. We would love to come back! My husband and friend did the ski on ski off because they are more experienced. I took the shuttle to the base which was super easy.

We enjoyed our stay- the townhome had everything necessary for our family to have a wonderful ski trip. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Soaking tube felt great after a day on the slops.

The three levels provided getaways from parents and kids. The garage was very convent given the amount of snow. Would rent again.

Very nice location at Big Mountain ski resort....we were there in April for visit to Glacier National Park about 20-30 min away. Unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and gadgets. Lots of stairs as unit has 4 levels. Overall nice unit and area

Darling Condo
Darling condo nestled on the mountain close to the village. Easy access to garage, even in snow. Short drive to downtown Whitefish. Highly recommend this condo.

The property is updated and located in the perfect location just outside of Whitefish, with dishes, pots and pans, washer and dryer, whirlpool tub, dishwasher etc. It is a 3 level split condo WITHOUT Air conditioning. We stayed the last week of July and it was 95 degrees outside and 89 degrees inside the condo which made it extremely uncomfortable to spend time in the condo and hard to sleep at night with it still being so hot at 10pm. They had portable “air coolers” that you fill with water and ice but unfortunately they didn’t help and it was a nuisance to consistently fill them. They also had ceiling fans but they were extremely dusty. The 3rd bedroom is actually a loft overlooking the kitchen so if you have an early riser, assign them that room or you’ll be woken up from the kitchen noises. The bottom bunk bed is a worn down futon- not comfortable. There are two smart TVs each located in the main and upstairs bedroom but no Cable. Check in was super convenient with a simple email, check out was also easy with a list of things to do before you leave; stripping and washing all of the linens is rather cumbersome though especially when we flew out at 6am. Overall we’d give it 3 stars.

Location is fantastic, Glacier getaways was easy to work with, kitchen had everything we needed. Great home base for skiing. The garage is too small for a full-size truck, but other parking is available.

Annual family ski trip
We had a great time. We arrived by train so was a perfect location for skiing. The snow bus made it easy to spend time in Whitefish.
