This condo is a great location with a fantastic view of the ocean. Bring your own clothes hangers and if you prefer a Kureig over a Mr. Coffee, you may want to bring a single cup Kureig with you. I bring my own. Overall, the condo is nice, just needs some TLC. The view is worth it!!

Is a great location and the Sea Colony complex is very well taken care of on the grounds and beach!

Excellent location, ocean view, facility amenities are outstanding. Unit was very worn but the price was right.

Absolutely beautiful unit, fantastic location and breathtaking view. Everything is awesome...except beds, some adjustments would be really on time (last night my husband had to sleep on the floor). Once in a while some furniture has to be replaced, it's really shame not to have a good sleep in the place like this.

This was a clean unit with a beautiful view of the beach and night sky! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.

Was a nice little weekend get away. Great location steps to the beach , and little shops and restaurants. Our favorite was the boathouse which is within walking distance .

Comfortable living room seating for 3 people. Modern appliances. Great view of ocean. Updates needed: decor, beds not the greatest, small closet space.

This is a great spot for a long weekend. View is great and condo is well stocked. It could use a good deep cleaning and refresh. Carpet is worn and somewhat dirty and kitchen cabinets a bit greasy but overall is was a fine stay. Biggest issue was with Vacasa/ Sea Colony. A housekeeper entered our unit with no advanced notice or knocking to retrieve alcohol from under the bed?? We happened to be in unit but it was sketchy and unacceptable. I got an apology but this was a huge failure in procedure here for both my privacy and safety. I have not felt that way in Sea Colony before this trip. Would Vacasa even have bothered to let us know what happened had we not been in the unit and entered anyway while we were not there! The whole incident left me unsettled and its unfortunate as we love the convenience of staying in Sea Colony East for quick trips.

Condo is out dated but you already know that from the photos and reviews. The ocean side view and the price are why I didn’t give it 3 stars. It really needs some TLC, updating, and better cleaning. If you aren’t picky and will spend most of your time outside, the condo is great and sea colony keeps the area very clean with plenty of amenities.

Great location, great view, all the amenities you need! The place could use a good remodel, but if you're looking for something budget-conscious without sacrificing convinience this unit is perfect.

This is a lovely home and you can tell the owners take care of it and want to provide vacationers a seamless home-to-vacation home experience.

Vacasa
When checking in at 3:45 for a 4:00pm check in, we were told there were issues with the hot water tank in our unit and they were verifying it was working or not. I feel this should have been done prior to 15 mins before check in. We did have hot water at check in but did not the next morning. We called Vacasa and they sent a maintenance guy who just walked into the unit at least an hour and a half later with no phone call or warning he was coming. He fixed the hot water after some stupid excuse as to why it happened and promised it wouldn’t happen again. The next morning….. NO HOT WATER again. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Can’t beat the view
This condo was what we expected it would be for the price. It was priced lower than other comparable units and we figured it was because of the double beds and outdated decor. We were correct. However, it met our needs for functional kitchen, ocean view and location to the beach and pool. We would stay in this unit again if the price was right.

Nice location but not the cleanest
Loved the location and amentities sea colony has to offer. Disappointed in the lack of hand soap, especially in a pandemic. Also, there were no trash bags. The beds were sandy bedore we even had gone to the beach. The pull out couch had dirty bedding on it and the shower curtain had mold. The washer also had mold.

we loved the location, nice apt. with all its amenities, being able to admire the sunset and the sunrise from the balcony made me so happy and relaxed, plus just going down and walk to the beach was so convenient. we'll come back for sure. Thank you

Great View!
Loved the place, right on the beach with a great view. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise from the balcony. Great access to the beach. Plenty of things provided. Didn’t need to bring sheets or towels was nice. Condo had everything we needed and we had a great stay!

closets had too much stuff
Check in was OK but kitchen cabinets and closets were cluttered and had food in kitchen cupboards. Left food items included : : cans of tuna fish, pasta and opened baby food and other things. These should have been cleaned out before our arrival.. The bedroom closet was full of not so nice (dirty) pillows for WAY more people than the unit could ever accommodate. The glasses in the cabinets were from the 1950"s. Looks like the Owners just brought all the junk they didn't want at home to heir beach condo. They should be ashamed. Plus the carpet was dirty. Nice view

My husband and I were needing to escape midweek to a beach location for a few nights. This condo fit the bill. Since we traveled in mid-March and the weather was cold and wet the entire time we were there, we didn't get to visit the beach, but just being able to look out and see it was enough for us. The check-in procedure was a bit confusing as we arrived after the management office was closed and had received an email in advance saying that, in that case, we were to call the phone number on the door and security would give us the number and code for the box that contained our keys and other info. We called the phone number, but the person who answered was unable to help and, instead, told us that they had emailed us the numbers that day. I don't normally access email through my phone, so it took some doing, but I was finally able to do so and found that an email had indeed been sent at 4:36 P. M. that day, while we were clearly on the road on our way there. A phone call or text message would have been much more appreciated. The condo was perfect for just the two of us, but I can't imagine having more than 2 adults and maybe an infant or toddler in there as it is very small. I love to cook on vacation, and the kitchen may be fine for most, but I did not find it well-equipped and actually bought a couple of common items that I left there for future guests. We found both mattresses on the beds to be too lumpy and "bouncy" for our liking, so didn't get much sleep.
