Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

This is our 3rd year staying at this unit. The cleaning has improved and there is a new mattress (king) this year. Some pillows seem newer and there are still some flat pancake pillows, too. The view is great. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and supplies (and coffee filters- bring ground coffee/no Keurig). I didn’t have to contact Vacasa for anything, which is a first!

This was our second year staying here. It's a great place, but showing some signs of wear/aging. We will still rent it again, but wish there were someone who really cared about the place who can pay attention to the details. Vacassa is responsible for cleaning and we again had issues with this - but when we contact them, they are responsive.

This is our 3rd trip to Sea Colony but our first in this particular residence. We loved it! They could update some things but you are there for the ocean and the outside experiences more than indoor.

This is a nice condo with everything you need. The location is perfect. I would have rated it a 5 but the mattress and pillows in the master are not comfortable. They should be replaced.
