Plenty of sleeping space in the condo, with there being a pull-out sofa and a Murphy bed available. That said, it is very small so utilizing all of this extra sleeping space may be tricky. Outdoor chairs need to be updated. Our stay was otherwise very nice, and the condo was very clean

Right on the beach. If you're not a beach fan, there are plenty of pools. Quiet.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing. The queen Murphy bed was an added plus for our kids. Unit was clean. Unfortunately all of the chairs on the patio were broken. Hopefully the owner can fix this. It was disappointing that we couldn't sit out there to enjoy the view as much as we wanted.

Facilities and ocean view was great

Condo was clean and we love the beach front location at Sea Colony amenities. Vacasa property managers were quick to respond to any questions. The condo needs updating, and it was very tight when using both the pull out and the murphy bed. However, it did the job for an enjoyable beach trip with the family.

Excellent location! Convenient with kids, easy access to pools and beach.

The place is small for more than two people, even though it fits 6. The view and access to the beach were perfect. Seeing the sun rise was a treat - extra treat was the full moon at night, reflecting on the water.

I am not sure you are going to find a better ocean view in all of Sea Colony.

Took my two teenage daughters to the beach for a long weekend and this place was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, great wifi, and clean. Easy access to the beach and walk to the boardwalk. The blinds in the living room were either not working or too complicated for me to figure out how to close, but as a result we ended up waking up in time for a gorgeous sunrise one morning! The place is a bit dated so if you are looking for something fancy this is probably not it, but if you are like us and came for the beach, it’s great!

Enjoyed the condo. Can’t beat the view. Linens and pillows need to be upgraded. Also called Vacasa at 9:30 am one morning because the outer door was locked and we didn’t hear back until late afternoon. They said they would contact us within 10 minutes. Luckily we found a maintenance person to let us in.

The view was beautiful. All systems worked.
No complaints. We would do it again.
Thanks

Great location. Friendly staff. All the amenities of home.

We love this unit for many reasons - the view is spectacular, enough room for 6 people comfortably, and a great location near the elevator and its assigned parking space.
Some issues we have after staying here for 2 years in a row - A little outdated with some of iits features. Mostly though, the cleaning isn't great. Vents were caked with dust and we had to call Vacasa about dirty sheets we found in the pull out bed. Vacasa refunded us our cleaning fee, but those things shouldn't have been that way.

Nice place that could use some minor improvements

Our family has stayed at Sea Colony before, last time was over 10 years ago. Generally we stayed across the street in the condo units. But this time we wanted the ocean view, we were not disappointed.
Things have gotten built up in the area compared to a decade ago. We did appreciate the Dunkin Donuts across the street. And there were plenty of restuarant's and shopping within walking distance.
The unit we stayed in was nice. But could have used some TLC. Minor repairs here and there. The Murphy bed did not have sheets and the pillow top cover probably should be replaced.
Overall we were happy with our stay. The people and staff were very friendly. Would stay there again and recommend to a friend.

Plenty of Room to Sleep, Great View, and Sea Colony Amenities
Our first time staying in this unit but third at Sea Colony. The unit has a great view, great location, is central to many Sea Colony events, and has a convenient parking spot. The unit is in good working order and well stocked but furnishings are dated.

Adequate
"Share what you loved about your stay". Not much to love, I'm afraid. About the best I can say is that it appeared to be clean and was well-supplied with towels and a few days of the essentials (soaps and paper products).
1. Elevator in the building didn’t work properly; door would often not close, beeping loudly -- was repaired (twice) on Day 2
2. Unit is small and has seen better days, but was clean and well-appointed; lots of towels and pillows, supplied with a few days of soaps, detergents, paper products
3. The instructions for obtaining the Wifi password involved a complicated set of instructions to get this from the TV using voice recognition on the remote. (Why?? Just give it to us!) Unfortunately, voice recognition failed because the remote’s batteries were too low. After about an hour, we got the TV to work and figured out how to navigate to the Wifi password info. BTW, we had no interest in using the TV in the 1st place.
4. One of the bedside lamps has a flaky outlet, so flickers on and off until you get the power cord into exactly the right position.
5. The dishwasher was still filled with clean dishes from the previous occupant. This, plus a few other indications of unfinished business, made us question how thorough the cleaning was prior to our arrival.
