The property was very clean the unit could use a few updates but overall great stay and would come back again.

Perfect view and a very short walk to the ocean. We had a total of eight guests and nobody had a complaint. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean. Mattress's in master and back bedroom are very comfortable. Front room matresses are more like a cot. Fine for a child but not for an adult. GREAT VIEW. Has everything you need to cook and eat in.

It would be a stretch to say we loved or liked much of Vacasa or this property.

For the second year in a row, the glass doors to the balcony were filthy to the point we could not see out. Last year in a different unit. I don’t understand why the glass is not cleaned by the cleaning staff, when the view is such a significant feature.
This unit was well appointed for our needs. The kitchen had ample dishes and cookware. The dishwasher needed maneuvering to close, but worked fine. All other appliances worked well and were modern.

Very dirty and dusty overall. Beds very soft and bed comforter was stained with “something” that was disgusting..
The bathrooms were rusty around portions of the shower frame … also had towel rack hanging off the wall, apparently broken, lamps were crooked and dusty.
We’ve stayed at sea colony many times before and they were fine.
This is a run down unit and the owner need to replace the beds and bedding and especially do a Deep CLEAN !

The only thing we loved was the view, that’s great! This unit is very dirty, how they could have considered this unit clean is baffling! The blinds didn’t work in the master bedroom, so it was very bright and the shower curtain was moldy. Also, the dishwasher was full from the prior renters. Management didn’t offer
support after multiple calls and continuously disappointed us with their lack of basic customer service skills.

The view was fantastic The mattresses were old and lumpy and rooms needed a very good cleaning

Upon arrival, the floor was sandy, bed sheets were left for us to finish making beds- which also meant we got to see how dirty the mattress protectors are. After finishing making the beds, I got to unload the dishwasher. This was also when I noticed that this kitchen lacked many of the basic utensils and dish rags.
The beds are absolutely horrendous. We are not large people and sunk at least a foot into the bed when we laid on it. Our families beds weren’t much better.
I was also extremely disappointed that I never received a call back or a resolution to the ice maker and water being broken in fridge. I called the first night there so we went all week without it.
Neither toilet flushes the first try. You have to try multiple times, or learn how to hold down the flusher just right. Be careful standing in front of the guest room toilet that you don’t go through the floor- the tile wobbles due to what I’m guessing is water damage. The faucet in that bathroom also leaks as soon as you turn it on.
We have stayed at Sea Colony before and had a much better experience. This particular condo is a total dump.

Loved the two rooms with twins/fulls set up; it was perfect for our family. A few things need repairs but overall great!

Great location and view. Overall, it was a nice condo and served all our needs. However, when we arrived it wasn’t very clean- sand all over the floor and countertops were filthy.

There are better units
Vacasa makes everything super easy which is most appreciated, but this unit was not clean and amenities were a bit worn. Management responded quickly and appropriately to our concerns. We would definitely go back to Sea Colony but would not stay at 301 Farragut again.

This condo in Sea Colony is superbly located. The view is great, and the pool and beach couldn't be any closer.
However, the condo was not cleaned properly, and many areas need a serious upgrade. The kitchen drawers were filled with crumbs below the utensils, and the kitchen garbage drawer was filthy. There was sand on one of the beds and the bathroom shower curtains holders were rusted and gross.
I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent view of the ocean! Enjoyed the convenience of being able to see the ocean and pool from the balcony view. Very family friendly location.

Cleanliness
The location was perfect! However, we found the condo to be very dirty!!! Sand everywhere, dirty towels and sheets. The floor was filthy! Furniture was broken and the sliding door with the view was dirty and had moisture inside , hindering the view. The door was also impossible to open.

Nice, clean 3BR unit
This clean 3BR unit had everything we needed and more. Nice entertainment unit and televisions in every room (if you’re into that). Plenty of room for dining with the large table and the additional breakfast bar. End unit eliminates hallway noise.

Perfect for family vacation
The property was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of activities on site for all ages. Had all the amenities I could have wanted. Staff and security were very friendly there is even a coffee shop in one of the buildings. Lots of dining options are within walking distance. Of course the view is fantastic. Ocean City, MD is less than 10 miles away and Bethany has a cute boardwalk area with shops and restaurants.
I paid extra for the linen package and it was worth every penny. They provided a set of towels for each guest and the linens were already on the bed. Saved me time setting up so we could get right to enjoying our vacation. I recommend the particular condo we stayed in. Clean, everything in working order. But I also highly recommend Sea Colony in general. We will be back.
