8 Adults on a weekend golf trip to the area. House was clean, nicely furnished, and convenient to many locations.

I’d stay here again. It was a pleasant home and neighborhood.

My 2 girlfriends and I travel to Bethany every year in the Fall. This house was clean and had everything travelers need. We had a sufficiently stocked kitchen of dishes, appliances, silverware, etc.. Everything was in working order. The furniture was sturdy, well-made, and was not cheesy like in a few homes we have stayed in. A television was in every room and all worked perfectly. The bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had plenty of linens. We loved it. It was like a home. We would choose it again for our group.

Loved everything about the house with the exception of the family room and master bedroom TV problems. Intern connection was out; repair man Zachary came but couldn’t solve the problem in the family room at all. The MBR tv worked on and off until 2 days before we left then it was completely frozen.
We would still book this home again. All upgrades were high quality and the outdoor spaces were incredible.

I have been renting a house in Bear Trap Dunes each summer for about 8 years. This house was the nicest of them all. The appointments were tastefully done, the furniture was not falling apart and all systems worked properly.

The home and furnishings are very nice. There are 2 MBR’s on the first floor plus a 1/2 bath and full bath and 3 BR upstairs and an outdoor shower. The screened porch a highlight. The house is on a golf course and the local golfers aren’t that good as they were in the yard everyday retrieving errant shots. As a result we didn’t use the outside deck as it didn’t feel safe during the daylight hours—a few shots hit the house during our stay.
It’s about 1.5 miles to the downtown beach area. Neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The home was clean but the trash had built up, seemingly over two weeks. Note that trash pickup is about 6 a.m. Monday morning….learned that the hard way.

Fantastic house. 2nd master suite is misleading. The bed is a queen and not a king. Only downfalls were that there was not a Keurig and the garbage and recycling cans were completely full in the garage, so arrived to a stench in there. Gas grill was not clean and a grease fire started because of the buildup. Only suggestions that I have are to replace all the skillets. They are so warped that they were literally sliding off the burners!

So we stayed here with our family and it really was a lovely home. Bedrooms are excellent, back enclosed porch is perfect and kitchen is spacious. The house was clean, however we did find loads of ants around the front door and porch. Couple of things we would have loved - a Kuerig and a Toaster Oven.

Spacious and Beautiful
We loved our stay here it was big enough for our group to have all our own space when needed. The open floor plan was great for meals and when we wanted to be together. It’s also very nicely located so we could drive on the beach easily. The checkin process was confusing bc we weren’t sure if we needed to check in at the office or remotely. After standing in a long line we found out it was remotely so we waited at the residence for our email. There was no one there when we arrived at the 4p checkin time and were told it was being cleaned. It clearly was finished but took another hour fir us to get our code for entry. If not for this I would have definitely had no complaints and given it 5 stars.

Loved the development and the home was perfect for all 12 of us. Will look into renting again next summer.
