OK for a quick night before hitting the airport, but not enough room for a longer stay

Gated parking; 24-hr desk; microwave in the lobby; quiet, clean room

room was really small and stark. Got the job done, but not really any room to open up a suitcase, especially with multiple people

As expected from a Hilton property

Gated parking lot was locked and no one answering access button so had to wait until an employee to arrived to get into property after a late arriving flight. Not a good set up.

Not bad for the price.

The lobby had an adequate supply of coffee and hot water, cups and water fountain a nice touch. Pool table in the lobby and extra furniture encouraging socializing was nice. The receptionist Lupe was very welcoming and nice. Close to Westfield Shopping Mall and Southcenter.

The room was a bit small. Not enough towels. Large plastic containers of soap difficult to use.

It was calming from time I checked in until check out. It was well organized and the sense of urgency or people seemingly disorganized as I’ve experienced at some hotels wasn’t there. Friendly but not fake..?

Very well located for the airport, incredibly welcoming staff, and large comfortable rooms. Breakfast had everything needed, and free parking was plentiful and safe.

First, Lupe who checked us in was awesome. very pleasant, professional and helpful. Hotel was centrally located for our business needs, was close to the airport and very accommodating.

Price per night was a little more than I wanted to pay. One pool stick for shooting pool had a broken tip!!

Very good

Location, close to good restaurants without having to get on the freeway. Theater and lots of shopping close by…and the soccer park. I enjoyed the open layout on the main floor for eating breakfast and the family room feel around the pool table area where we could all gather, all 7 of us. I would have liked it better if our rooms had a door between them. No room service , had too ask for clean towels the next day. The concierge knew nothing about the buses other than there was a stop near by. No schedule info.

The staff were all focussed on customer care, printing a couple of pages for me without charge.

The included breakfast was basic but sustaining, and offered a variety of foods. As some were consumed, they were replaced quickly. The room was extra large, well air conditioned, and very clean. the pillows were so fluffy, like putting your head on a cloud! Excellent value for money, with great care given by all staff.

Position not absolutely ideal for some travellers, but suited me well as a transit stay on my way to Canada.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay successful. The airport shuttle was not available, so they booked and paid for a Huber ride for us. It was definitely a good location for a SEATAC departure.

Great, clean, family-friendly hotel

Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We arrived early but our room was made available immediately, with no early Checkin charge. Our room was very clean. We found the beds comfortable and slept well. No problems with road traffic or airport noise. Good to have an iron and hairdryer available. Decent choice at breakfast buffet (the kids loved the pancake machine and I appreciated the almond milk), we ate very well. We also enjoyed using the pool table in the reception area - nice touch! Bus 150 outside hotel takes you to downtown Seattle in around 30 minutes. We would definitely stay again.

The airport transport was unavailable on the day we arrived but we were reimbursed $20 of our Uber ride after emailing the receipt to reception ($41 from SeaTac). There was a strong smell of bleach when we walked into the room. Great to know the bathroom was very clean but we couldn’t open the window to air it out.

The location was conveniently located close to a shopping center and close to the airport. The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. I loved that the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service to the airport! I also loved that the hotel had free parking. So many amenities in the hotel, such as a billiard table, work area, comfortable seating in the main lobby, fitness center, and a laundry room. The room was plenty big for us, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

they didn’t have any exceptions to unforeseen things that happen. my dad became I’ll and i asked them if I could cancel and went to the big boss and he said absolutely not will not do anything for you. for this reason I will never boom with them ever again. very unreasonable. they didn’t care at all about anything. very disappointed with my experience.

Comfortable and fantastic hospitality!

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For example, we had ordered take our from The Old Spaghetti Factory, and requested cutlery, which they didn’t provide! grrr. The Gentleman at the front desk were helpful by supplying us with cutlery. Later the also gave us toothpaste because we had forgotten ours at our previous hotel! Thank you so much, we appreciate your hospitality and service!!! 🤩🤩🤩

fun amenities, comfortable beds, stylist lobby and easy access to snacks, close to freeway, shops and restaurants

the breakfast didn’t have many dairy free or gluten free options, our tv was temperamental
