Living room with ceiling fan, furnished with cream leather sofas, air conditioning, television, Ipod platform, Ipad, two dining areas are available, one on the covered terrace by the pool, with a round glass table for six to eight people, and the other on the rear terrace with a table for four people. The gazebo at the edge of the front terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail while admiring the view, the sunset or the moonlight.

Open to the living room, access to the terrace and swimming pool. Air-conditioned, bright, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, electric oven, induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso filter coffee maker and coffee machine, blender, electric kettle, centrifuge, electric fruit press, toaster, stoves, telephone. Service for four people.
