This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville has to offer all within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open-concept dining and living area with a private patio so you can relax from the bustling activity the Gulch offers! To the kitchen's right is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

We provide our guests with a washer/dryer so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville easily, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the left of the open-concept living room, with a modern and bright feel and a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush foam queen with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the right of the living space, with a sunny view to the patio, has a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms with their own private bathroom experience.

My home is set with everything you need to feel right at home!

Additional sleeping arrangements include a twin air mattress, and the couch converts into a twin/full bed.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings. It had a few restaurants nearby and was within walking distance of lower Broadway.

PROS: Best location. Balcony. Comfy beds/pillows. Lots of dogs in building. People and host very friendly. Extra blankets in living room appreciated. CONS: Finding room first time super long walk/hard to find. Not enough towels. Tubs/floors dirty/sticky. Tub downspout detached.

Excellent location. Short walk to everything. Very clean and updated unit in a very clean new building. Communication with owner was excellent. This unit is perfect for family with children or two couples. Located near many restaurants right outside the door. Can’t say enough about our visit to Nashville and our excellent accommodations. Would stay here on any future visit and hope to return to Nashville again soon.

This property was spacious and great for our family of 3 adults. We loved the view and the balcony! We were a bit disappointed in the VERY long walk down multiple hallways to simply leave the building or return to the apartment! We are an active and fit family and cannot imagine if we had young children or elderly parents with us. The overall space was a bit dated (slow drains, stained grout, broken blinds) but it was clean.

Comfortable and clean and convenient to downtown and Broadway area. Very walkable. Access in and out was quite easy after i downloaded a new app. Building is quiet but windows don't block noise from the street. Interior walls are thin so people talking in living room can be easily heard in bedroom. However layout is good, bathrooms are large, beds and furniture are comfy and modern.

My family and I stayed here in November and it was amazing!! The apartment was very nice and clean and looks just like the pictures. We had some complications with the fab when we got there and the hosts were fantastic at helping us and made the stay so perfect. The location is great, it’s a very short Uber ride to everything and you can also walk just about anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The August app is necessary to lock and unlock the door. The elevator needs a fob to use (fob has to be picked up at the condo before unloading). The entire process is cumbersome.

This property is in a perfect location in the Gulch. We went Nashville with our friends who had never been. We were able to walk everywhere including Broadway St. there are so many restaurants and great bars near by. I would 100% recommend this property.

Location of the property was convenient to Broadway bars and neighborhood had food options in walkable distances. The location of the condo within the building was far from elevators…if carrying bags best to use trolley.

Unit itself is inside a very trendy building. The location of the building has lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It took my family and I a little under 20 minutes walk to Broadway in 90+ degrees heat. If we can do it, so can you. The parking garage was very convenient, however, it was a bit tight for my full size truck to maneuver through the resident gate. Overall, great experience staying here.

Our family of five had a great time staying here. The Gulch was an excellent location and I would gladly stay here again. Easy walking access to both Broadway and Vanderbilt. Plenty of options within a block or two. Unit was clean and well stocked. Open air balcony was a nice touch over a hotel room and made a nice place to hang out in the evening and morning.

Wonderful property for a quick get away to Nashville. The location is perfect! Many shops and bars within a block of the apartment. The pool area was a great place to relax. It was under a mile walk to the bars on Broadway. Felt safe walking back to the apartment from Broadway in the evening.

The location is great. Short walk to coffee, pizza, tacos, etc. And, most importantly, only 0.7 miles (easy walk) to Broadway and the heart of Nashville fun. Do know that it is a noisy neighborhood.

Very nice location. Plenty of restaurant/ bar options adjacent to or within a few blocks. 10-15 minute walk to Broadway and a short Uber ride elsewhere. No problem feeling safe in the area. It's a 2 bedroom apartment with their own baths, nice kitchen, dining and living area.

The property was perfect for a friends trip to Nashville. The location was perfect, 20 minute walk to Broadway. Located in the Gulch it felt very safe and clean area. Short Uber ride to Grand Ole Opry and Airport. The apartment was very clean, spacious and everything was as listed.

The apartment was great for our family - plenty of space and well appointed. Amanda was very responsive during our visit. The Gulch is a great neighborhood and we were within short walking distances of so many restaurants, bars and shops - too many for us to try them all! That said, the street that the apartment faces can be noisy in the evenings, especially on the weekends. We weren't that bothered by it, but we have older kids who stay up late anyway. In my opinion, the convenient location more than made up for it. We would stay here again!

Property Manager was great at communication before and during the trip. The space was perfect for 4 friends. Was in walking distant to the Turnip Truck (whole foods grocery), quiet night time atmosphere, can walk to 12 south on a nice sunny day when you have time on your side, be sure to go to Bartaco - best margaritas and tacos and the service is great! The Gulch is beautiful- miss it already!
