Wir sind am Flughafen JNB wegen einen Flugausfall gestrandet. Diese Unterkunft ist ruhig und sicher. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Somit konnten wir schnell unseren Stress vergessen. Der Pool ist sauber und wir hatten ihn alleine für uns.

I did not stay at the establishment and neither would i recommend the same.

i did not stay at the facility. i booked in and found alternate accommodation within an hour of checking in

my booking for 2 rooms was confirmed and paid for in January. when i checked, the rooms were a distance apart. the said rooms had no electricity as there was an outage but there was no alternate power supply except for a generator which the staff said would be powered up only for 2 hours. the outage started at 11 am and i arrived at about 5pm and there was no idea as to when electricity would have been restored. The rooms and bathrooms are dated. The furniture is dated and the coffee table in one of the rooms had heat stains one. The owner of the said establishment made no attempt to contact me in order to rectify or motivate his/her side as regards my dissatisfaction. Neither did they offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

Lovely location and affordable pricing considering that inclusive brekkie

We absolutely loved the breakfast offered, as well as the staff who prepared it. The room offered was perfectly located in the house. And again, the staff! They deserve a bonus!

An unforgettable retreat - A review of Gallo Manor Executive B&B

The reception staff were really polite and helpful. Especially the young lady who went out of her way to make sure that my stay was great by upgrading my room where there was more "light."

I didn't like that the power outages affected parts of my stay. I would have preferred to ensure 24-hour backup power for travellers who are working from the facilities. Unfortunately, it affected my work and communication abroad.

Welcome staff was very friendly and accomodating. Gardens beautiful. Bed very comfortable.

Cleanliness. Dog-smell in all towels. Sticky floors. Breakfast was sub-standard.

This is not a 5 star B&B no ways. I literally checked out after spending less then an hour there

Nothing because I was literally there for less then an hour

The location which is in a residential area, there was no sign of the B&B so I got lost. The staff was not welcoming the lady looked sick and unhappy. It had wooden floors which made a creaking sound. The room was so small and stuffy it was giving attic changed into a room. There was no trim service ( this was not communicated prior) we had to immediately leave and look for another hotel. Definitely not a 5 ⭐️

Big room size. Safe area. Friendly staff.

Hot water pipe in shower is not flowing well so the water output is very limited, which means the cold water control becomes critical. We ended up cannot take shower because the water were either too hot or too cold. The driving instructions to the place was not clear. The car GPS lead us to the locked gate without any one there. Took us long time in the dark to find another gate with the guard. They should have provided the correct address information to potential customers. Not a 5 Star place

perfect location, lovely design and quality food.

water tap in the bathroom is not ideal for use in winter. Tiny water flow and in a spray way, never be warm. Requested to change to another room at the first night but they never make the change for me. leave the property being quite Disappointed.

I made mistake by booking it and I regret, AVOID this property at any cost

First of all , this is an outdated property , can not even be a 3 star hotel. Secondly, the info when you are about to book and info when they send you in private massage once you booked does not match. They claim check in hours only 14:00-18:00. Excuse me? Moreover, they do not reply to your massages. Thirdly, you can not find the property . This "house is located somewhere and you don't get any help in of finding it . Lastly, even breakfast was included. It was not even offered in the morning and again you are at your own. I made mistake by booking it and I regret, AVOID this property at any cost

The place is in a gated society which is a plus considering the city goes silent by 6pm, so it's secluded but not meant for couple or family

Its rated under 5 star hotel but it's essentially a sophisticated guest house with no one to take care pussy 6pm. The staff leaves leaving the entire premise to the guest with gate and door keys
