Will never stay again and I was staying there two weeks out of month since November and this is how they treat a repeat

Thieves, very very unprofessional and vulgar manager, lied about checking me out but was never officially checked out. J

Convenient location to job

They go through your room and trash all of your belongings 3 days before checkout and don’t notify you at all.

Wouldn’t know.

Cancelled my reservation 30 minutes before check-in, apparently had rooms listed even though being completely booked. Staff did not assist in any form of recommendation towards another local hotel in or out of network and promptly hung up on me.

No hot water to take a shower, bed was uncomfortable, was woke up by staff to ask if we were checking out 2 hours before check out.

never will make reservations for this chain again

the two rooms we had reserved was for walk-in or roll in shower close to each other. they called the night before check in and said they did not have rooms close they would be on different floors. I told them that was fine as long as they had the walk or roll in showers. when we checked in and went to the room they were tubs with bars and shower. the bed was also so high that there was no way to even get in the bed due to the mobility issues. We went back to the lobby and informed them that it wasn't the type of room reserved. The girl at the desk insisted they didn't have any walk in showers which I had been informed the night before that the did. We asked for a refund in order to go to another hotel which they gave us but I still have a $100 hold on my card for incidentals which they said would take 7-10 days to have removed. it's been seven days. never will stay at a woodsprings again. also incidental fee was higher than any one else. placed a $100 hold where others placed between $25-$50 hold and it came off the following day

I didn't like the fact that I drove all the way to Louisiana on Monday for a reunion, thinking I had somewhere to change clothes and sleep for the night and than only to find out that my reservation was being cancelled by the hotel. Their explanation was that all their a/c went out in all rooms. I did not buy that at all. The front desk clerk "Lawanda" whom called me however was nonchalant, like it was no big deal. She didn't even offer or try to see if another hotel nearby could accommodate me for the night. I had to inconvenience friends by staying at the hotel they booked. I will never stay here again and will certainly tell all I know, what kind of service I received!

The place you will enjoy when you are away from home .

it was very close to the job I was working. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Ms. Daywana Alexander was great and took care of me well on finding places I needed to go.?

Exceptional

I was greeted with a friendly smile when checking in. And the room was clean, we had a nice quiet and comfortable stay.

The only problem was we didn't have any soap or shampoo in the room. I call the front desk asking for soap and shampoo and was told they didn't provide those items.

Staff wasn’t the best, our room was perfect!

I loved the cleanness of the room and how easy access the building was!

I didn’t like the man who checked us in, he asked my name and didn’t hear me well enough and checked me in under the wrong person. We tried to get his attention and he didn’t acknowledge us, not sure if he couldn’t hear us but we tried to talk to him multiple times. We finally told him the right name which was about a 20 minute process waiting to get our room. Then he gave us the wrong room and key.

the only thing is that, there is nothing around this property. you have to drive at least a mile so make sure you have gas

The staff was so friendly...hotel was super clean at all times and decorated according to season!!

Our fire alarm went off in our room for no reason but staff came immediately to turn off.

overall my stay was nice

The size of the room and cleanliness

the floor I stayed on had a dog and the outside hall was dirty with hair and food it also smelled the smoke

Good stay for the price

The room was okay. I liked how well the air conditioner worked.

I wish there had been a breakfast, and wish the bed was on a pedestal or wood legs instead of the thin metal legs. The bed seemed to not be very sturdy and moved around easily.

full refrigerator / hot plates

Request hair dryer / iron at front desk. Had to use the item and bring right back to front desk. To use the cart to unload / load vehicle, there is no ramp to get luggage to vehicle, being there is no drive up to hotel.

Excellent stay, coffee free and delicious, safety was great, location is very good.

I love the clean environment and location.

No continental breakfast, so sofas to lounge in the room. Sometimes guest don't want to sit on the beds or in chairs.
