Villa Mapai is a stunning 6-bedroom villa located in the gated community of Terrasse de Cul de Sac. Situated in a picturesque oceanfront setting, the villa offers a luxurious and tranquil escape. Its prime location provides breathtaking views of Pinel Island and the cove around Cul de Sac, making it an ideal destination for ocean lovers.
One of the highlights of Villa Mapai is its private dock, from which you can easily access Pinel Island. Grab one of the villa's paddleboards or kayaks, and within minutes, you'll find yourself exploring the beauty of Pinel Island's crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches.
The villa itself is designed with contemporary furnishings and boasts a spacious wooden deck and a heated infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. Whether you're starting your day with a refreshing dip in the pool or unwinding in the evening while taking in the stunning sunset, the outdoor spaces provide the perfect backdrop for Caribbean living.
Inside, the interior spaces are tastefully decorated, fully air-conditioned, and designed to maximize the flow of the ocean breeze. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and TV, for optimal comfort. Note also that the sixth bedroom is accessible from the outside, located after the pool, which gives it a little more privacy and separation from the common areas.
While the villa offers comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, you'll likely find yourself spending most of your time on the large outdoor covered terrace. This space invites you to relax, dine, and socialize while enjoying the picturesque views and the soothing sounds of the ocean.
Villa Mapai is an excellent choice for your next stay in St. Martin, whether you're traveling with family or friends. Its beautiful design, stunning location, and array of amenities make it a perfect retreat where you can experience the true essence of Caribbean living.
Please also note that the parking space allocated to the villa is located a few meters walk from the house, accessible by a small path.
