Le Paradis 28 Apartment is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in one of the best locations in Chamonix. Situated right in the centre of Chamonix, a stone's throw from all the shops, restaurants, and bars and also the Savoy beginner slope where there is lift access to the Brevent ski area.
This Chamonix apartment has an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen where you can relax after a long day on the mountains. The double master bedroom comes with an ensuite with bath and overhead shower and has a TV and DVD player with a cable for playing from a laptop. There are two spacious twin bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower and a separate WC. Le Paradis 28 Apartment becomes a great home from home and includes a smart TV with french channels, netflix/amazon and WiFi. The living room boasts two very comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofabed, and patio doors leading outside onto the balcony, the dining table seats six and provides diners with stunning Mont Blanc views out the window.
On top of its great location, this perfectly spaced Chamonix apartment has a lovely south facing balcony with table and chairs where you can take in the views of Mont Blanc and the town of Chamonix from this third floor position, perfect for enjoying a relaxing afternoon or an evening aperitif. There is a washing machine, a ski locker and there is parking at a car park across the road however a car is not required here due to its premium location.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location right in the town but not noisy and close to the ski bus stops.
All the equipment you need for self catering and five minutes away from the extremely good Super U supermarket.
The balcony has wonderful views and catches the sun but the green floor covering needs replacing as it was a trip hazard.
Plenty of room in all the bedrooms and bathrooms but a walk in shower in the apartment would make it even better. Not a problem as we’ve stayed there twice and plan to do so again

Flat was roomy and well equipped. Lighting was poor in kitchen and bulb needed replacing. Not enough loo paper!

This apartment is perfect for UTMB, close to the finish line, clean and tidy, quite environment for rest. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very well furnished and located.
One remark however, the bed of the master bedroom should be modified to 160cm instead of 140cm for a better sleep.

Convenient location for shops, restaurants, and ski buses.
Very spacious living/public area.
Bedrooms a bit tight, we were 1 couple and 2 singles, so fine for us, but 3 couples might struggle.
Generally clean, but would benefit from a proper spring clean.
On balance would recommend this appartment for up to 6.

Ideal location for the centre of Chamonix.
If self catering, it is only 2 minutes walk to the supermarket. If you intend to catch the ski bus, the stops are close by. Alternately, the walk to the nearest ski lift is 2-3 minutes away. There is a ski locker for this appartment in the basement as well as a car park.

Excellent location and service by CAY.
We liked this apartment - spacious, clean and comfortable - with views of the Aguille du Midi from the balcony. The location is very good - only two minutes walk to the main street and a supermarket, but very quiet. The staff at Chamonix All Year were excellent

Beautiful view
Very good apartment . The location of the apartment was excellent, being very close to town but in a quiet location. The view from the balcony was stunning , and we spent many hours sitting on it , although the table was a little small for eating and there were only 4 of us in the apartment.
Lovely large open planning sitting room and kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms all clean .
Definitely recommend this apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space, excellent condition and beautiful views on both sides of apartment. Just a few steps from main shopping street and morning croissants!

Stayed for 4 nights in Le Paradis 28 apartment. The apartment is in a great location for access to the town, super market, and drag lift up to the gondola. The apartment itself is clean and modern and was comfy for 6 adults. Living areas were spacious and well laid out. There were a few minor issues with previous damage / condition on arrival, which was reported and fixed very quickly by the CAY team. I would recommend this location for a useful base for any winter trip to Chamonix.
