Le Paradis 27 Apartment is a spacious and well-furnished three bedroom apartment in the centre of Chamonix sleeping up to 6, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one additional WC. Each bedroom has the flexibility of being either a king bed or two single beds. There are two separate balconies in this Chamonix accommodation both leading off the living room: the smaller one, which catches the afternoon sun and looks out towards the Majestic congress and up to Brevent, has a small table and chairs, perfect to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun go down. The second terrace of Le Paradis 27 Apartment, which faces Mont Blanc, is larger and has a dining table and chairs to offer the ideal spot for alfresco dining. There is one ensuite bathroom with shower and sink, a family bathroom with bath, shower and WC, plus another separate WC. The apartment is situated just off the main high street in one of Chamonix' most sought after apartment buildings, Le Paradis residence which is a very short walk to the nearest ski slope and close to all restaurants, bars, shops, and other facilities. This accommodation in Chamonix is on the third floor and has great views of Mont Blanc from the sunny balcony. We also provide access to the private Saint Michel car park for one car, and there is a ski locker and also a bike room for storing mountain bikes in the summer. There is free wifi internet access, plus washing machine and dishwasher.

Just spot on for a family of six looking for a busy week in Chamonix. Loads of space, great location for rapid access into the town, parking straightforward too. Would have been nice to have been able to lock bikes up in the underground carpark which seemed very empty, but the secure locks outside and space in the locked room next to the apartments underground car park entrance was useful. Only very very minor grumble was that the WiFi was slow, but that was probably just asuch because we were uploading to Google photos so many photos and videos of our fantastic holiday there!

We had a fantastic time in Chamonix in the last week of June.The property was ideally situated close to everything. We were very impressed that the apartment was as nice as the pictures of it. The kitchen was very functional and well equipped. Will definitely go back!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Spacious living area and main bathroom. Ensuite walk in shower is off the smallest bedroom but not a problem to a family. Kitchen and dining area ideal for self catering. Right in the old Chamonix town with plenty of excellent food shops.

We really loved it here. Apartment was very close to town, was clean and very very spacious. Worth noting that Brevent lift is a 10 min walk, uphill. Car parking is a nightmare and if driving to the lifts, you need to be there early (before 9am). With the special card they had given us we were able to park in St Michel car park but you had to use the left hand lane. We were there for NYE. We asked Chamonix all year round for recommendations, they came back with one and when I asked for another my message was ignored which was a real shame because up until that point the service was brilliant. The ski hire place they recommended was OK. Very friendly. We hired last years skis to save money. Kids ones were fine, adult ones were a bit worn. Overall a really lovely stay and would recommend

Always book with Chamonix All Year and Chamonix Valley Transfer. 3rd visit to the appartment. Excellent location and it has everything you need. Comfortable. We were a adult party of five and it had plenty of seating. This year we noticed a lot of noise on the weekend from the Hotel opposite until early hours as they have out door fires and drinking.

CAY always good to deal with. Apartment very central. Good sized living room . My walking group has used this apartment several times. Doesn’t have uk satellite tv. Beginning to get a little tired.

Excellent located chalet - superb for weekend stay
We have skied in Chamonix as a group of 6 for 17 years. This apartment was brilliantly central to the nightlife of Cham being directly opposite the 2 main apres ski areas in town. Easy access by foot to Brevent ski area. The main living area of the flat is spacious and nicely decorated. The en-suite bedroom a little cramped with very small shower but other bedrooms okay. Would recommend as location excellent.

Excellent, large apartment in a wonderful location. Near supermarkets and restaurants. Comfortable sitting room with plenty of seating and modern open plan kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room , separate extra toilet and 2 balconies. Lift in building. Would highly recommend.!!
