Great hotel, yet rather remote. Plan ahead.
This is a lovely hotel, with attentive staff and a very good restaurant on the ground floor. Great water pressure, very modern design.
The website clearly stated that an airport shuttle was available, but ended up being $20 each way - wildly expensive in the local context, compared to simply calling a taxi myself. The remoteness of the hotel makes it all but impossible to hail a taxi on the street. Also, the TV stopped receiving signal halfway through my two-day stay. While the front desk had a technician arrive within minutes, he was unable to resolve the issue after an hour's effort.

Good
The views were amazing. Food was good. Hotel was clean.
The pool had no stairs or handle bars. It felt extremely unsafe. There was no service at the pool by the staff. There were no towels provided. Some staff were unfriendly and unapproachable.

This time a lot worse than before.
⛔It was really difficult to rate this stay, because previously I gave a straight 10 Now everything was worse. Let's start with the fact, that although pool temperature is excellent cleanliness could improve a lot. Found a plethora(not 4,not 10) dead insects swimming in it. But this is not even the worst part. Unfortunately, some citizens, in my case an elderly bolivian couple (around 40-45 years old) after using the gym for hours and getting swamp sweat they entered the pool without taking shower which is incredibly gross. Not gonna get into details anymore, imagine the rest. Who goes to tanning salons knows the distinctive smell that doesn't come off your body even after soaking it for hours in shower gel. Other than that, due to the fact that the hotel had relatively 'little' number of guests, (around 10-12) the breakfast had reduces drastically. Pretty bad because breakfast is one of the strongest points of this hotel! It was a tiny little selection of everything, about 10 percent of what we had back in March. Pretty dissapointed because of this. Other than that, I think that it is a total unhuman behavior to charge 30 BS for a liter of drinking water(basic human need and not a Luxury) after paying almost 100 bucks. These things add up and can really annoy especially foreigners. Of course people can say'you afford 5 stars and b....h about a few bucks' - it is not about those bucks. They could have a refillable water machine and that's it. Water is a must and not a luxury. Asked for some drinking water during BF and the young man tried to charge me. Luckily the presumed owner(an elderly man) was there and offered it for free since nobody told me that there is no drinking water included in BF. Staff is pretty frinedly although they could improve a lot. Especially their concierge was pretty grumpy on an early morning.
✅ Nice forest view Friendly manager(greeted personally with a huge smile They gave me a high floor to have a great view

Dont go here staff will fool you
The room was ok, enough space and good shower and tv options.
As soon as the staff saw I had a foreign passport they overprize everything for me. Be careful when booking at this place you could end up paying more than you think. The receptionist gave me a prize for 2 nights in bolivian currency which was way too overpriced from dollar conversion given in Booking.com. When I payed I chose dollars thinking I was saving some but no if the receptionist had been honest with the conversion of dollar to bolivian currency the room would have been cheaper to pay. I lost like 60 dollars in currency conversion thanks to the staff or better said I was fooled. Very disappointed of bolivians being bolivian myself with a foreign citizenship. They just fool you and take your money in all ways they can. The price from the airport to the hotel is 70 bolivianos but when I asked the receptionist what's the price to the airport she looked at me saying 20 dollars which is about 140 bolivianos. Why give such high prices? Dear staff be more honest with bolivian prices you will scare turists and bolivians as well. Horrible breakfast with food that is from previous day and very little options. Don't go here if you want a disappointment on food. And don't bother to ask the people around they dont know anything. Dear staff you could do better. Bolivian food is amazing comparing to what you serve. And on more thing if you book 2 nights and if suddenly you decide to leave before the 1st night you will have commit a penalty and be charged 50 dollars even if you payed for the entire stay, another way to suck more money!!
