Good for 1 day stay but not recommended if you are travelling with family because limited food options, unnecessary room

Mumbai Nashik Highway touch hotel so not to worry to find out the property for whoever visiting first time

Nothing like as shown in photos. Small swimming pool, limited options to eat, food packages are very high, no buffet breakfast, don’t give free water bottles per guest per day, water bottle has to purchase and that is also for ₹25/- along with 10% room service charge. I don’t know for what reason they were charging 10% room service charge. Even for 2 water bottles cost ₹50/- they had charged ₹5/- (10%) room service charge. They should tell us in advance that it cost room service charge if you order anything to room.

Breakfast was not a part of the booking and the Manager didn't inform and while checking out the bill was given. Shold be inform customer about bills we are generating

I booked the hotel after setting the filters and was disappointed after seeing it actually. No intercom phone. Everytime needed to call on mobile. Resturant was not open in the evening or night.

Room was noise free,pet friendly, in house jacuzzi and also a pool to use.

Food was very expensive and not upto the mark. Other food options are very close and hence can be availed easily.

Bad Experience

Nothing as such for the price we paid.

1) The switches in room were not working. 2) AC/ TV was not operating 3) Intercom was not functional 4)Had to check in to other room 5) other room had ceiling leakage , continuous dripping water. 6)The other room was unhygienic with bad stinking smell all the time. 7) There was fungal growth due to moisture in the room. 8) The beddings had stains on it. 8)Refund was denied as we requested for checking out immediately after checking the room.

Not Good Experience .

The location was good, Infrastructure was good.

1) When I called at the Reception before arrival to inquire about the pool I was said that the Pool is open, but I could see there that it was not working. 2) The Behaviour of the staff was very Rude. 3) Switch was not proper, I experienced shock while pressing the switch. 4) TV was not working on arrival, later he started it but the volume was very low. 5) Water was coming into the washroom from the window because the window was not properly maintained.

I booked for superior double room. But it was a single small room with a bed and bathroom. The name of room is given as double but it's just to fool the customers. There was no indoor facilities provided. AC was not working properly. I asked the staff to provide a double room as committed but they simply refused. Also there was nothing included in the room stay even after paying such high amount. Food was very expensive and then too the quality was very bad.

Good staff, Unclean rooms. Incorrect description.

Decent food, and supportive staff

Unclean bedsheets and pillows (found hair of previous users in multiple rooms), unclean bathrooms, and old rooms. The description stated a few facilities were within the room however, the hotel said that they were not available in any room. In fact, they mentioned that its the fault of booking.com for incorrect description. Even morning tea was not served to us, asking that tea is available only with the breakfast package (costing 350 rupees per head). Who doesn't serve morning tea to their customers?
