My family and friends visited for my 50th birthday. Communication with our hosts was very efficient. The house was beyond our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and spotless. It was the perfect location for the 8 of us to enjoy every minute of our stay.
This was my first time using Vrbo. The bar is set super high after this visit!

I loved the home completely, it was spotless and a dream come true . The heated pool was amazing the kids really enjoyed it .10/10 I would recommend again. Best host ever.

Lovely home and stay willing to book again soon.

The house was charming and big. The pool was amazing! Location was great and easy to walk or Uber to attractions. It’s right next to a yummy pizza place Roma’s Cafe! Easiest check out ever! If I ever go back to New Orleans I would rent it again!

My family and I stayed here to attend the 2024 Bocuse D'or Americas selection at the Convention Center. This house was perfectly located to be close to the convention center, French Quarter, Bourbon St. and not too far from the airport. It was great for us to have our 10 family members. The neighborhood may seem sketch at first glance, but we felt safe and had no issues.

We loved the property. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. The kids had a blast in the heated pool. It was a short walk to the street car to get to Canal Street. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Please was perfect for the family & perfect location... Thank you

We so enjoyed our stay at this home! The pool was a favorite with our teens. Beds were comfortable and having 5 bedrooms was perfect for us! Street Parking was never an issue and we brought two cars. The antique door shop next door was amazing. Great outdoor space! Very clean!

The pool was awesome. Everything was comfortable and great location in the city.

We were in town for Chewbbacchus, and had a wonderful stay here. The house is spacious and was sparkling clean when we arrived. It's also conveniently located near a bunch of great spots and the St. Charles streetcar. It was a little chilly, but we persevered and made great use of the heated pool as well (perhaps don't follow our example in January). Communication was always helpful and prompt, I would definitely book this place again.

Thank you for the hospitality! We had a great stay!!

We had a wonderful Girls Trip here! It was perfect!

Had everything you would need and was plenty big. The pool was an amazing addition!

We had a group of 9 stay and it was the perfect size! Everything was super clean and ready for us. Pool was amazing and the hosts were great communication when we had questions. It was only a short 10 min Uber ride to bourbon st/French market areas. Would definitely stay again with the amount of people! Highly recommend.

Stayed here with a group of 6. It was 10 minutes or less drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Many time we walked to the many eateries close by. Enjoyed it stay very much.

We recently rented this property in New Orleans for two weeks. The house is great and the hosts (Marcia and Michael) were responsive and diligent. All five bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. We had a few minor issues (e.g., coffee pot and hair dryer that broke) and all were resolved immediately.
The first floor BR at the front (not the primary) is smaller, but still bigger than some hotel rooms. The primary (1st floor) has an ensuite bath and all the BRs are quiet. The three upstairs are all big. We had nine people so the single person took the smaller bedroom and everyone had plenty of room. The pool is a key feature and is great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. It's heated and large enough for everyone to enjoy at the same time. We had dinner on the pool deck as the dining room table would not fit all nine people, but it was great. The pool are is secluded by a brick wall and fence so very private.
Parking was easy and plentiful on the street. This property is located about 2.5 blocks lakeside of St. Charles Ave. in the Lower Garden District/Central City neighborghood. I never felt unsafe or concerned but like all urban areas you should be aware of your surroundings. The neighborhood is gentrifying but there are still a lot of properties under construction and some empty buildings and lots.
There are a number of great places to eat and drink in proximity to the house. We highly recommend Cafe Borega on OC Haley Blvd (1 block away). Hugo and his staff at this charming taqueria are very accommodating and the food and drinks are excellent. The pizza at Cafe Roma on the corner is great as well. Down on St. Charles, you have several neighborhood restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

I had my bachelorette party and this was an excellent location! There was plenty of space for us all to come together. The pool was wonderful too! Highly recommend! Only recommendation for the owner is to have a hanging rack so clothes don’t wrinkle.

We were a group of 5 couples that normally stay in the French Quarter. Decided to stay here because it was close to the Quarter(a short trolley trip) and also Magazine street(a nice walk) which we were looking to explore more with this trip. Enjoyed the place very much. It was a good headquarters for visiting in either direction and a great place to wind down when the day was done. The pool was great. The one bedroom in the front was a little tight for the couple, but tolerable. Overall a great place and I would stay here again.

We had a couple friends share this spot for a wedding in Magazine St, all 8 of us fit comfortably.
This location is easy to get Uber/Lyft anywhere around, Walgreens a short walk away, good restaurant and shopping options nearby
Pool was great, weather wasn’t ideal so we didn’t get to use as much as we liked but when we did it was awesome!
If you’re looking to be walking distance to Bourbon this may not be the best option, but there’s a lot on st. Charles, access to trollies as well and you can definitely ride-share to Bourbon. Average pricing was about $15-30 one-way depending on where you’re going and what time.
Home itself is nice, has everything you need including iron, steamer, kitchen appliances, plates/etc, but definitely make sure you bring plastic cups as most of what’s available was glass/ceramic plates and cups.
The only suggestions we’d have are making sure cleaning team is checking under desks/bed because we found bugs upon arrival, and adding closet/storage space to the primary room downstairs because there was nowhere to hang or fold clothes.
Hosts are awesome at communicating and accommodating, always very transparent and helpful when they can be. Access to the property is extremely easy (door code) so that we could always split up and not have to worry about someone being in charge of a set of keys. This gave us the opportunity to sight see separately if we wanted to, and never had to worry about being locked out.
Great place!

There were 7 of us and could have easily slept 10. Beautiful property very well maintained. The pool was our favorite part we really got our use of it. The neighborhood was a bit dicey but at the property we felt very safe. It was a short walk to the trolley which was a neat way to get around. We all had a great time at this property would absolutely stay again.

Comfortable bedrooms and adequate common area (living room and kitchen). Many TVs available. Water was warm in the pool.
4.9
Beautiful property, great living room, fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool. Parking is easy, we parked directly in front of the house all weekend. Check out the antique furniture spot next door if it's open! Easy Ubers to french quarter.
Our only point of improvement is we were missing a few household items: Kitchen hand towels and dish towels, as well as pool towels. We also missed dishwasher detergent.
Excellent stay, thank you!
4.9
The house was clean and nice to have 5 bedrooms for our group. The second bathroom downstairs would be nice if it had a shower curtain. The pool was a highlight.
4.9
We had a great stay. The house had everything we could have wanted. It's a little off the beaten path, but we had a car and able to get around. There is a streetcar a few blocks up as well. Very clean, all the amenities. Would definitely return!
4.9
A great place for a group like ours to stay while in town for a wedding! The pool is fenced in and private. Large kitchen. Rooms clean and comfy!
4.9
We had a fabulous time celebrating my 50th. The oasis in the backyard with the pool was amazing. Close to everything. Easy to get an Uber. Couldn't recommend more.
4.9
This house was perfect for our girls weekend! We had a ton of space inside and outside space was perfect. Location was close enough to walk to St. Charles Ave but will want to drive to other locations. No complaints!
4.9
We had 9 total people stay at this property and it was everything plus more we wanted! The location is close to everything and listed at a decent price if you need plenty of space. The pool and home are the ideal New Orleans feel! It gives you the historic feeling, especially when you step into the courtyard! The pool was a fantastic touch to the property as well. The front of the residence does not do the property justice but don't judge a book by its cover! The owners were so wonderful too. They communicated with us multiple times before, during, and even after our trip. They always responded within 5 minutes. Terrific people! The only concern/negative aspect was the home could use a different cleaning crew. Going up the stairs to the 2nd floor, it appeared as if there was blood stains on the white banister. It also looked as if there were blood stains in one of the upstairs bedroom. The showers did not look as if they were given a good scrubbing but those weren't huge concerns to us. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and have already suggested it to several friends and coworkers! We will definitely come back and stay at this property again!

This house was perfect for our trip to New Orleans! The house was beautiful, and the pool was our favorite place to hang out while we were here. We felt safe walking to nearby restaurants & coffee shops. And it was a short walk to the streetcar to take us to Bourbon Street. Definitely would recommend staying here when visiting the area.

The property was beautiful and had everything we need although neighborhood was sketchy at times but beautiful place.

Great house and decor, loved the pool! Not conducive for elderly.
Great overall stay, not conducive for elderly. The beds and couch are very low to the ground and shower was dangerously slippery. But this was still a great home with beautiful decor and great amenities. Love the pool!!! Overall, this was a successful stay.

Three families with wide age range enjoyed this stylish property - the kids especially loved the little pool. Neighborhood is a little rough around the edges but didn’t feel unsafe. Close walk to Garden District, Magazine St, WWII Museum, Ogden Art Museum, and St Charles Streetcar. I would recommend property mgmnt invest in more towels, places to hang towels, some counter option in upstairs bathroom, a broom, dressers and hangers for clothes of which there are none, and that light bulbs and light fixtures are functioning. But delightful home, super kitchen, timely communication. Great stay!

Girls trip
Overall a great experience. The house was beautiful, however, it wasn't clean when we arrived. There was leftover trash in the pool area, as well as vomit and a bride to be sash in the pool.
I would, however, stay here again. The property is gorgeous, and the property managers are excellent.

Great location for Mardi Gras
Me and my friends stayed here for Mardi Gras it was walking distance to the parade route . The house was beautifully decorated and we loved the HEATED pool . The owner was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses . There’s street parking but during Mardi Gras it was difficult to find parking had to drive around a bit but we will definitely be back

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and cannot say enough great things about the house! It somehow looks even better in person, and had everything we could possibly want/need. The location was great for a group in our late 20s early 30s, quiet and away from the craziness of bourbon street but close enough to all our favorite places. The communication was excellent and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend this place, we only had 6 people but could have definitely fit 10 no problem!
