Beautiful property. Lovely inside and outside seating area. Breakfast was beautifully cooked.
The guest upstairs was making a lot of noise at 3am.. but earplugs did the trick. Would have liked some biscuits in the room with tea/coffee facilities ..

Clean, comfortable friendly staff, good food

Location was fine for what I needed. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was adequate, clean. Comfortable bed and nice towels.
Found some of the bar staff dismissive. Possibly because I was not regular clientele!! The accommodation a little tired and in need of some attention in bathroom, but serviceable.

Breakfast was good in a nice dining room
The bed was not massively comfortable although I slept reasonably well. The tile grout around the shower has gone black and is unsightly.
3.8
Bed super comfy and the poor staff member did his very best to help!
Hard to rate because my room's door handle was broken on the inside, meaning I had to yell for help to get out of my room. Staff member was lovely but the replacement room had a TV with no remote.

Free car parking. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good as were the towels.
There wasn't any parking spaces left when I got back to the Grenfell, I had to park infront of their refridgerator. There was black mold in the shower and outside it. Also on the window. I was on the ground floor which was excellent but when I arrived they said the lock was broken and I had to go up a narrow, steep staircase. I didn't like this. Bresakfast wasn't that varied either.

Good location
Blind had fallen off its track.
Threadbare carpet
Front door didn’t have any seal causing a draft
A little refurbishment would work wonders

Breakfast was fine.
Parking excellent.
Bathroom could have been in better nick. Ie shower tray, silicone etc

Great value, free car parking and all I needed for my stay was provided. Good quality toiletries. Pub next door for meals.
Shower could have been cleaner.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and lovely to speak to. Amazingly stocked bar.
The bathroom was too cold and the light from both outside and inside (radiator and tv) made it difficult to sleep.
3.8
It had a bed....
And a roof.
Bathroom very broken and tiles were falling off.
Blind broken and bodged in place with a couple of screws.
Room very cold. Radiator faulty and leaky.

Nice pub. The room itself is horrid.
Nice pub but the room are horrible, steep staircase to walk up. People making noise outside rooms, lots of people smoking and when u have the window open it’s all you can smell. It’s disgusting!
No towels or bath mat in my room. I had to go to the pub to ask for it. I only got two small towels.
Long wait for check in as manager could only authorise my key. So had to wait inside the pub.
The bed itself is super uncomfortable and please please please invest in some mattress and pillow protectors.

Accommodation in separate block to pub, 4 downstairs rooms and 4 upstairs rooms. Staff were very helpful as initial room I was offered had steep stairs which I could not manage ( this was not in the description). They agreed to move me to a ground floor room but room had not been cleaned, member of staff stayed on over her shift time to clean the room.
Bed was comfortable and TV was good after the staff had to search for a spare remote control.
Very noisy courtyard area till 1am . Room was very basic, no blinds or net curtains at window, so only had privacy if the curtains were shut and with only 1 small spotlight in room it was quite dark. Light shade was broken , no mirror in bedroom only in bathroom but obviously no power point there for drying hair so had to keep walking from bedroom to bathroom to check the mirror.
Shaver point light in bathroom broken, several areas in bathroom looked as though there had been fixtures previously but not replaced , no toilet roll holder, black mould on shower base. Overall very poorly maintained.

Close to local amenities including Dominos. Bar and hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it could be. There was a lot of steps to get to the room whilst carrying a large case.

Great food and drink, great location. Excellent value
Stairs are tight for upstairs rooms

Was local to were I was going the next day
Left key in room by mistake and had to pay a lock Smith to open door as they didn't have a spare key which cost me £102 and the food was frozen pizza no other items to pick from

Cleanliness, facilities and room smell and mattress

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice and quiet.
Breakfast wasn’t great. £17 for 2 sausage & egg baps and a pot of tea. Sausages seemed they had just been warmed up. No bacon available.
Shower head needed cleaning as half of the holes were clogged up.

Special thanks to Luke for his excellent service will teturn

The pub was just up the road from where we had to be. Easy to park. Lovey outdoor area with heaters for the cooler nights and they also had throws to keep you warm if required. Luke and the Chef were really helpful and polite. Breakfast was really good,
Plenty of choice. Room was basic but comfortable for a short stay. Would definitely stay here again
If I want to be picky it is situated on a main road but even with the window open noise was minimal as the rooms are set back behind the pub.

Quaint cottage accomadation and real Beer drinkers pub. Great

The pub/ restaurant part of the property. Amazing choice of beer and delicious Thai food
The bathroom was sizeable but very tired with mould on the tiles in the shower

Location perfect close to Heathrow airport where we were meeting friends. Lovely pub with a great selection of beers, sweet girls behind the bar and a convivial host. Nice breakfast.
Bed appalling, most uncomfortable with a very soft mattress meaning we rolled together throughout the night, and we both emerged from bed with a bad back! Investing in better mattresses definitely a positive move. A shame we are not invited to book breakfast when we booked the room on-line.
3.8
Lovely staff and nice pub environment.
We were in the small double, found the stairs to the room steep and tight… the bed was very creaky meaning when ever one of us moved the other would wake up. Not the most comfortable room.
3.8
Location lovely.
Pizza was delicious!
Room basic but clean.

Nothing
Tiny room. Damp smell. Luke warm shower water. Shower tray would flood beneath you
