About this villa rental
Authentic Mallorca house located in Cala Figuera, captivates for its fantastic outdoor area and typical Mallorca architecture. This charming holiday villa is decorated in warm and welcoming colors, located directly on the edge of the cliff, in the heart of the village and a few meters from several restaurants and bars. It has a large living room with fireplace, living rooms, dining rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a laundry room, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 en suite) can accommodate up to 12 people. Air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. Ideal for family holidays.
Outside you will find furnished terraces, the pool with spectacular views (heatable in winter months), a private access to the sea, a barbecue where you can prepare your meals and a fantastic area for recreation and relaxation in good company. The villa offers free private parking.
Less than 10 km away, we can find different beaches such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Mondragó and Playa de s´ Amarador, weekly market of Santanyí is very famous for its food offer of fresh products and the offer of artisan products.
Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 60 min by car (53 kms).
Distance to Vall d´Or golf 20 km.
Distance to Santanyí 7 km.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

Firstly the villa has stunning views. The size is fantastic for a family, and the pool is a great addition after a day at the beach. The biggest challenge for me was the property itself. It's tired. The bathrooms require regrouting and descaling at a minimum - they feel dirty and honestly, had an impact on the stay. The downstairs is suffering from damp, and requires some treatment and airing. The management team honestly couldn't do enough, including helping with cots, cleaning and even items left in the villa. But, in order to continue to let at this price, the inside really must have some care and attention.

Excellent location, beautiful village.
The house was in prime location with sprawling views of the sea. Plenty of room indoor and outdoor with large terraces. Furniture, kitchen and bathrooms would benefit from an upgrade and improved maintenance. Air conditioning in each room worked very well.
Clean small pool. Easy access to the water with a pool ladder in the rocks.
Excellent restaurant “La Marina” just across the street with real fresh fish and excellent service.
Need to drive if you want to swim in a sand beach. Renting a car is a must. There is nice parking for two cars in the property. There are beautiful sand beaches all over the southern part of the island. Unfortunately given the high season the beaches were very crowded.
Arriving and departing from Mallorca by plane is difficult because of the huge crowds at the airport. Need to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Taxi services work very well and there are plenty. Roads to the most important places are very good, but leaving the beaten path may lead you to very narrow small roads that can hardly allow two cars.

Malerisch gelegen
Das Haus liegt zwar direkt vor einer Reihe von mehrgeschossigen Wohnungen und Geschäften mit Blick auf die tolle Terrasse aber das hat uns kaum gestört. Die malerische Aussicht und direkte eigene Badestelle an den Klippen war genial. Nur mit der Sonne muss man tagsüber mitwandern, hat aber genug Ecken und Terrassen auf dem Grundstück.

Nice Place
Coole Villa inmitten Cala Figuera. Mit ganz netten Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus besteht eigentlich aus zwei Teilen. Im oberen Teil gibt es 4 Zimmer. Zwei haben eine Bad en suite die beiden anderen teilen sich ein Bad. Im Wohnraum gibt es ein sep. WC.
Im unteren Teil der Villa hat es zwei Zimmer welche sich ein Bad teilen. Nicht ganz optimal: Ein Zimmer dient auch als Durchgang.
Sonst eine gute und schöne Angelegenheit.
