Quick getaway, came from Edmonton AB, Canada. Wanted to shop and have fun at lake. This VRBO was in a beautiful lake community. It had its own private beach and was a short drive into town! Kitchen was fully equipped and the big deck with BBQ was great!

This guest space is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy the lovely neighborhood, including the beautiful lake, the awesome deck with table and umbrella and all the area has to offer! With the sleeping quarters and bathroom downstairs, being able to manage a flight of steps is a must!

This is a lovely vacation rental in the Idaho forest. It is comfortable, has a full and modern kitchen, and is well-furnished with an excellent bed and an exceptional hide-a-bed. The heat pump heats and cools, which is also a bonus, and the area, with the exception of trains that pass nearby, is tranquil. All sorts of birds and other small wildlife inhabit the forest, and a private beach is a short walk away. Public beaches, restaurants, and a slew of tourist attractions are only a 10-minute drive. It's a great place to use as a base.

We were so impressed with this cozy place. It was such a nice place. Easy access, close to town, quiet neighborhood. The owners went above and beyond with everything you’d need. I just can’t say enough great things! Best part was it snowed! I highly recommend this place! Vacasa was very easy to work with. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

This guest home in Sandpoint was perfectly situated for our visit to our son’s town! A very beautiful spot, quiet and serene. Very well appointed but could use another wall mirror for getting ready in the morning and a non slip mat for the shower! We had a really great stay at this cozy one bedroom guest house with lake access, thank you!

Quiet Cabin
Communication: message about specifics prior to visit and email about lake access during stay were not returned.
Everything else was just fine.

Really close to Sandpoint and Schweitzer. We didn’t have to bring anything for the kitchen except our own coffee grounds.
After three nights sleeping, the primary bed is a pull out couch and it creates for a sore back.
Other than that the abode is amazing with families of deer always poking around in the back woods. Would go back!

we were skiing at nearby Schweitzer mountain resort. This unit was perfect for us . It had a beautiful kitchen and living area with a deck and barbeque and a beautiful view of the woods behind the house full of deer. Lovely lower section bedroom bathroom with laundry and also some basic office supplies and a printer.
Paid for six days and we would come back again for sure if we visit Swietzer next year

It was beautiful. I loved it and you will too. It's quiet and spacious, very cabin-like but up-scale. Approximately ten minutes from Sandpoint. Take your shoes off, and bring your own silverware (I couldn't find any, but EVERYTHING else a gourmand could want was included in the kitchen.
Far more for the same price hotels in the area.
Thanks folks, for a great stay. I hope to rent it again soon.

Almost afraid to give an honest review for fear of not ever being able to rent it again!

Kaniksu Cabin
All the comforts of home! Terrific location, cozy space but plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful scenery, easy access to the highway, quiet and peaceful. Totally worth the price!!

Beautiful place
This place was lovely. It was clean, had a full sized kitchen with all the appliances you could possibly need, a full size patio. My only criticism is that the WiFi connection does not work.

The Good: Clean, convienent access to community beach, good ac, good water pressure, good TV in kitchen with satellite TV, nice woodsy setting with semi-private deck.
The Bad: they do not mention the unit is located only a couple of hundred feet from the busiest railroad line in the Pacific NW; train noise rumbles and rattles thru the unit multiple times EVERY HOUR, the master bedroom bed is a sofa bed and the master bedroom entertainment unit consists of a 1980s computer monitor attached to a 1970s VCR- total cheap out, the bathroom is tiny with budget mtoel fixtures, the permanent residents of the community do not like "visitors".

Lovely area
We were nervous about the bed situation, but they were quite comfortable. The private beach access was nice as was the small neighborhood. Only concern was poor cell service in the area and weak wireless access but enough to get what we periodically needed.

Wonderful Place
This beautiful apartment is attached to a bigger home but is very private. Your own deck with chairs and barbeque, a small patio as part of the entrance, brick inlaid driveway that handles two cars comfortably. The furnishings are impeccable with new appliances and hi tech electronics. All that anyone would need from a fully furnished kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils. Just top cabin. Only negative is the coach in the upstairs living area is a hide-a-bed which is understandable when there are three or four occupants but the downstairs bedroom is a hide-a-bed couch also and this should be replaced with a comfortable full queen bed (we slept okay on the hide-a-bed but by the third day it was just a little too stiff. Hey don't let this item deter you from this hidden Gem just off the lake.

Very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Nice peaceful setting, easy straight shot over to Schweitzer cutoff to head the mountain.

Quaint Little Cabin
Our family really enjoyed this snug little cabin. The accommodations were overall very nice and updated. The full kitchen was a big plus. Only negative things to note were that the bed was not very comfortable and the WIFI was horrible (intermittent, would kick us off, or not work at all at times). Besides that, it was a great stay
