It was ok but would not go back.

The room was clean

1. This is an extended stay place with a small kitchen and yet there were no dishes, utensils, pots, or pans for cooking. What’s the point of having a kitchen with nothing to cook with or eat with? 2. I asked for fresh towels about halfway through the stay and was charged $10. 3. The people around were noisy and banging around at all hours of the night. I called the front desk to ask them to do something about it and nothing was done.

Loved the kitchen

The room was clean. Loved the full refrigerator, microwave, and stove top. It was quiet. The cubicle area was a great use of space to store items. The food truck outside had amazing food.

I DIDNT GET TO STAY BECAUSE THEY OVERBOOKED AND SENT ME AWAY

There was nothing that was good at this place because when I DROVE ALL DAY AND WENT IN THEY TURNED MY DAUGHTER AND I AWAY BECAUSE THEY OVERBOOKED!! BUT YET THEY MANAGED TO STILL CHARGE ME FOR THE ROOM!!! I had to drive all the way back home a little after 11pm. i didn’t even get to lay down and get some rest or sleep!! The lady at the front desk assured me that I would NOT be charged for that night because she said she canceled the reservation. When I got there there was some big random truck blocking the drive entrance so I had to go all the way around. Then I went up to the door to get buzzed in. the lady said that they were having trouble with men harassing the women there at night. How would I know this info if I wasn’t there to get my room? I just want my money back and they won’t give it back to me. I’m very upset because I had to drive back to Tennessee with no rest or sleep. That’s for sure worth a ZERO!!

That I was turned away at the front desk because THEY overbooked!!!

Liked the location, room clean

The female who checked us in was extremely RUDE. Was put off by her unprofessional dress and attitude. I suggest she takes a few customer service classes she needs them.

not a family place to stay, floors and bathroom dirty ,only two towels and two washcloths per room so two people take a shower then have to turn in dirty towels for two clean ones so others can take a shower , note on desk asking that you take out your trash or be charged a fee. repeat not a family hotel!

It was good except for those two problems, but I would stay again.

The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

One of my rooms had no shower curtain and it took them 30 minutes to get one. My other room only had one set of towels and hair on the wall of tub.

Would spend more money and stay somewhere else.

It was convenient to get to off i-75. As well as being close to a cracker barrell

The facility did not smell good. The sheets had not been changed and food crumbs were on top and underneath the sheets when we arrived. There was left over food on the floor from the previous guest, as well as left over hair and toothpaste spit in the sink. The shower head broke off during our first shower. Overall we would not recommend this hotel .
