Very enjoyable, the staff were all very friendly and helpful

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and ATM. Had everything we needed, nice size apartment and well equipped.

The fridge was a little broken but still worked

Abbastanza distante dal centro di Ibiza e purtroppo la stanza non veniva pulita (la colpa era nostra perché eravamo sempre dentro durante le ore di pulizia) però magari potevano chiedere di pulire

Top Lage, der Pool inkl.Spielplatz war für die Kinder super, sehr nettes Personal

Der Boden war leider trotz Wischen des Putzdienstes sehr schmutzig und die Handtücher wurden nicht automatisch ausgetauscht bzw.waren zu wenig.

Beaucoup aimé cette région d'Ibiza. Rapport qualité/prix de cet établissement pas OK.

Tranquilité, propreté dans les chambres, lits confortables, personnel agréable et serviable. L'eau de la piscine bien propre.

Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Dimensions de la seule casserole et de la seule poêle pour une personne. Certains hamacs de la piscine sals et cassés. Pas assez d'entretien dans les environs de la piscine. Parking payant.

Espacioso.

Nos localizaron en un bajo que olía muy mal (a cloaca). El baño no tenia ni un apoyo para dejar los neceseres. La ducha va con cortina, lo que hacía que en cada ducha se mojara todo el baño. El water estaba en tan mal estado que se salió la tapa. Las toallas venían rotas!!! Además nos cambiaron la toallas tras 3 días de uso y nos dejaron con la mitad. Es decir, no habían repuesto el número correcto. Los utensilios de cocina eran muy pocos, no había cafetera por lo que te obligaba a comprar en el bar. En el bar, cada café valía 1,50€-2€ (carísimo!!). En la cocina no dejan un trapo para secar las manos. No dejaron ni una agua de cortesía. Las almohadas eran súper incómodas. Al indicar que éramos una pareja, igualmente nos pusieron dos camas individuales juntas. Lo suyo es que pongan sábanas matrimoniales. Tampoco nos indicaron que había parking para los huéspedes.

Zona tranquila y fácil aparcamiento en las calles colindantes.

La puerta de entrada y salida del parking se escuchaba bastante (lo bueno es que a partir de las 00:30h ya nadie utilizaba el parking)

Vertrouwd en geweldig

Wij komen er al 3 jaar en de appartementen zijn ruim en praktisch ingedeeld. Zoals altijd een appartement met zicht op t zwembad waardoor we de kinderen goed in de gaten konden houden

De badkamer is een beetje gedateerd en mag een upgrade gebruiken

Douche alternant chaud-froid, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, mauvais matelas du canapé-lit (par contre les lits des chambres sont bons), l'insonorisation

Voor ons was de locatie perfect, dichtbij familie die in deze plaats wonen. Op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum.

Het beddengoed is niet (zoals aangegeven) verschoont.

De locatie is super, je loopt zo naar het strand en naar het centrum. Appartementen zijn zeer ruim en faciliteiten zijn ook top. Goede bedden en mooi groot dakterras. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Horrible stay!!

Nothing!!!!!

Horrendous…. Not clean it had lots of silver fish. Terrible facilities,the bed was so hard and uncomfortable the pillow was so flat and rock hard. Shower was broken Fridge didn’t work Floors were sticky The pool and subbed was terrible I would never of stayed here if I wasn’t with family who could get a refund!! I would have left the second I saw it. Instead we literally spent as little time there as we possible could

Great Apartments at very good value for money

The apartments at Can Sanso are spacious with basic facilities to allow you to cook breakfast or a quick lunch/dinner. Swimming pool is the perfect tools to avoid to go out if you don't want to reach the beach at 10 minutes walk. Great selection of sandwich at the bar with affordable price comparing to the rest of Ibiza. You need a car to move from the hotel.

Room with very basic facilities. If you want to have at home dinner once you are restricted to cook.

The staff

There was a really bad sewer gas problem in the bathroom. It was so strong we couldn't go in there without covering our mouths. You literally couldn't breathe in there. It was so bad all my silver rings in there turned orange over night due to the strong toxic gasses. When the air con came on it spread all around the apartment. It wasn't just a sewage smell, it was the gases that come off sewage that can make you really sick. We had to sleep with all the doors and windows open. We had to pack up and move rooms. It still smelt in the next room but we could breathe and just smelt the same but not as bad. It was really discusting and ruined our holiday. I complained and got £20 back for the 3 nights.. When I sad this was not acceptable I got no reply. Sewage gas is very dangerous to health. Don't stay there.

This was a great place to stay, spacious and quiet room, nice pool, friendly staff, quiet and just a short/10 mins walk from the centre.
