A historic district with a neighbourhood full of cool bars, breweries, markets, art galleries, pubs, and shops. This is exactly what Trinity Royal district is in Saint John, New Brunswick’s Uptown. The beautiful stone and brick architecture constructed in the late 1800s is reason enough to stroll the neighbourhood. Convenient walking distance to any of uptown's attractions. This is one of the most desirable living quarters in all of Saint John!

Guests will have access to their entire home, private outdoors, and garage. We do ask you do not go into the basement/crawl space as that is for access by our maintenance only.
Getting Around:
We will be available during your stay if you need us. Guests will have phone number and email should they require assistance. If we happen to be away, you will be provided with alternate contact details.
Other Things to Note:
Age Restriction: 21 years old and above
Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.
☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.
☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.
☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.
☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.
☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.
We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.

To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.

Great location in uptown Saint John
Great apartment, very clean, good size for my spouse,son and myself. Easy walk to everything. Unit was quite warm but we did finally figure out the air. Note: None of the windows open. Owner might consider putting portable fans in each of the bedrooms.

Great location Uptown everything you need is a short walk away. Clean, quiet, modern space with beautiful big windows. Great layout of the unit. Prompt replies from Host, definitely went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay possible. Wouldn't think twice to book again.

Clean, spacious and a well prepared apartment down to dishwasher and washing machine soap! Check-in process was sent earlier with clear instructions. The location is excellent, walking distance from everything. The only downside was that the elevator was under maintenance for our whole stay of 3 days and we had to drag our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs for a family of 4. Recommend to check with management before booking to check if the elevator is working if you're not fine with doing this excerise. Alex the manager was a great communicator and answered all my questions promptly. Definitely would reconsider booking there for future stays.
