About this house rental
A comfortable family gathering space in our open concept floorplan allowing you to prepare and enjoy family meals, play games, relax and connect. The living area has a large sectional sofa and fireplace with flat screen TV, and a game table nearby. The living area is extended outside with an expansive deck and private views. The extra large dining table can seat the whole family, and you will find everything you need in the kitchen - including toaster, blender and crockpot. A full bathroom is on this main level living area.
All three bedrooms and two more full bathrooms are upstairs. The tasteful Master Bedroom, with 1 King bed and 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds, also has a TV, private patio with seating, and so much natural light. The adjoining Master Bath even features a steam shower. The 2nd Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV, and the 3rd Guest Bedroom has a Full Bunk Bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are on this level for your convenience. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps.

This condo is set up for a 10 person max, with 6 being adults ~ kids only on bunk beds in master bedroom

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed with TV (2nd Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Full Size Bunk Bed (2nd Floor)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.
ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.
LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.
4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).
A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site, your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.

1. Two chairs of six unusable at game table. Broken or unsafe.
2. Upstairs bathtub drain clogged. Showered in standing water
3. Master br tv won’t turn off. Screen remains light.
Keith with VRBO was extremely helpful as well.
There was enough space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The mattresses were firm and super comfortable.
The only negative I would say was perhaps no one had been in recently after the last cleaning was done-so the guest bedroom had a lot of dust on the both the nighstands and in the bathroom too. Some of the light bulbs were also out. We did not want to call the Maintenance so we opted not to use one of the bedrooms.
It would be nice for a Maintenance and Cleanliness check to be done a few days before guests arriving.
We could have called Maintenance during our stay but decided it was not really a problem and we managed fine.
The only other thing to look at maybe is perhaps providing a Space Heater for the Master Bedroom as it was cold and the heating was not effective. The guest room was quite warm so we closed the vents in the room and it was quite comfortable as the comforters and blankets provided were more than sufficient.
We loved the house and would love to return again! Andi was super helpful. Though it would be nice to update the listing with the amenities-such as blender and toaster which are provided at the house and we were not sure before coming.
