Great location, bright and clean!
4.5 / 5.0
I loved the location! Centrally located and plenty to explore around the area. So many good options for food and shopping. The apartment itself was beautiful and modern and very clean as well as spacious.
The parking was the biggest nightmare of the whole stay. The garage is confusing and apparently isn’t open after 9pm and randomly available on weekends. This means I had to park on the street and move my car every few hours. Very annoying and time consuming. I would suggest this company purchasing a monthly parking pass for guests and even charging a premium for this option. Either way, it would be worth it as I was most annoyed with circling the block for a space each time I left and came back.

I thought a bit expensive

Very spacious and felt like an apartment. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood.
It was perfect and I would stay there again.

The apartment was perfectly clean, full of natural light, and very comfortable.

Walking distance to all the attractions my family wanted to see! Great breakfast place literally next door.
It was a little noisier at night than we were accustomed to- -but to be fair, we live in a rural area where our closest neighbors are a family of moose.

coffee shop downstairs was great, very close to downtown New Haven/Yale
Hot water was basically nonexistent. Even a quick shower turned from hot to cold in a single second. Turns freezing cold about four minutes into a shower.

Could not get door code to work at all. We finally got inside when someone came out. We then found the apartment door slightly open with the key inside. I could not figure out if this was an improvisational strategy for key hand off or what. The whole rental and instructions process was complicated and included involving having to send copies of my driver's license and the original room being changed due to someone leaving water on upstairs (although this was not at all the fault of the property managers). Honestly, though I will probably try somewhere else next time.

neighborhood felt a bit rough

Excellent location!
The parking garage next door has a very noisy boiler/engine room which emits an excessively LOUD noise at random times during the day and night.

Before arriving i requested a change. The communication was not sufficient, not reasonable

New haven Stays brutally slow response times. Dictatorial tone wrt rules

Coffee and water were provided but nothing else. There is a coffee shop right below that was very nice to have for the mornings. This place is really close to a lot of great restaurants making it an easy walk. Place is very clean and cozy

The property was super clean and comfortable. The staff helped me in everything that I needed before and during my stay.

Location is situated in downtown, which is incredibly convenient. It’s an easy walk to food and the train station. The apartment itself is cozy and well decorated, and modern.
The caveat of the location is that you’re in the middle of all of the noise. Having lived in New York for ten years, I didn’t think the noise would bother me, bit it’s pretty rowdy. Music from what I presume is a business starts playing at 7:30am both weekend days I stayed. The biggest downside in my opinion was the hot water. There was only two of us staying and I took a short shower. Water was ice cold when the second person showered. I’ve stayed at off the grid locations where we needed water to warm up again and it’s never been a problem - a mere heads up would have been nice. No one enjoys a surprise.

Location, size, everything in the apartment was new and fully functional. I would recommend this place and would return to it with my family with pleasure. It really sets the bar really high.
Nothing.
That we had to leave.

Easy walk to Yale. #303 was Modern with a separate bedroom space and a nice bathroom. Easy access to parking at 360 state street. The organic market is nice but it closes at 8pm so keep that in mind if you arriving late
The neighborhood can be sketchy at times and the Bar next to the building can be so loud that it echos and resonates through the building. Friday night it was after midnight till it was quieter.

the space, cleanliness, cafe downstairs
hard to figure out washer dryer combo (leaving instructions on the machine would be helpful)

beautiful , well lit,clean, central
the bed and the pillows were not comfortable, that was our biggest concern. there was not enough coffee for us to have one cup each morning. there weren’t enough wash cloths. the first night Saturday the street below was terribly noisy.

The apartment design is very modern and stylish, and the location is very central to campus. It was very easy to check in and out.

The host provided the code. We like the modern design and decoration of the room.
It comes with everything that we need.
It's totally not a quiet place to stay.
That's one of the disadvantages of the stay.
We heard ppl next to our room was talking clearly, ppl were playing the music loudly at 7 am( not sure it's from next door or up/ down stairs neighbors. )
The street is definitely not quiet as well.
Not enough hot water!! We have a group of 4, running out of hot water when the second person started to take the shower :(
