Yo estuve en una habitación individual y fue buena, limpia, amplia, con TV y refrigerador. Así como cosas de aseo personal

Le entrada está muy sucia y descuidada y que no hay una cortina de baño y entonces al ducharte se moja todo

first of all the location was good ..near to everything room was clean enough breakfast was good with plenty of options

EXPERIENCIA TERRIBLE, NO PIERDAN SU DINERO!!

I would never return to this accommodation. We booked 3 nights and we could only stay one, we had to leave the hotel and book somewhere else because the first night there were unbearable noises, both from the other guests and noises from outside and a vibrating noise that sounded like a sewing machine, from 3 am until 6 am. We also arrived and there were no towels or paper and when we asked for them they were hairy and looked dirty. The arrival was not pleasant either, although it is true the place is not nice, the building inside is worse, the garbage scattered on the stairs of the building. The bathroom has a small glass partition and allows the entire bathroom to get wet when you shower. To complete the bad experience, they do not allow you to pay by card, you can only pay with euros or dollars and if you are going to pay with Egyptian pounds they increase the exchange rate and you would end up paying much more than what was agreed through Booking, little honesty, no I recommend this place at all. Jamás regresaría a este alojamiento. Reservamos 3 noches y sólo pudimos estar una, tuvimos que dejar el hotel y reservar en otro porque la primera noche hubo unos ruidos insoportables, tanto de los otros huéspedes como ruidos de afuera y un ruido de vibración parecía una máquina de coser, desde las 3 am hasta las 6 am. También llegamos y no habían toallas ni papel y al pedirlas estaban con pelos y parecían sucias. La llegada tampoco fue nada agradable, si bien es cierto el lugar no es lindo, el edificio por dentro es peor, la basura regada en las escaleras del edificio. El baño tiene una pequeña división en vidrio y deja que todo el baño se moje cuando uno se ducha. Para completar la mala experiencia no te permiten pagar con tarjeta, solo puedes pagar con euros o dólares y si vas a pagar con libras egipcias te suben la tasa de cambio y resultarías pagando mucho más de lo que se acordó mediante Booking, poca honestidad, no recomiendo para nada este lugar.

. They are super friendly . It's so quite a place . Clean . Everything is available . They try to give you the max . Don't mind doing extra mile

La nostra esperienza

Siamo stati accolti sempre con grandi sorrisi e il personale è veramente genuino. La camera aveva un bel tarrazzino che ha reso la nostra permanenza piacevole e ci ha fatto vivere a pieno l'atmosfera della città. La posizione permette di raggiungere molto facilmente diverse attrazioni della città. Il personale disponibile a qualsiasi orario della giornata.

Abbiamo ricevuto solo 1 telo doccia a persona, le lenzuola erano molto usurate (non presentabili) e le pulizie potevano essere più approfondite.

Lovely stay

The rooms were clean and very cozy, the brakfast was big and tasty, with egyptian food. Also, the location of the hostel was very close to the center, especially the Tahrir square and the Egyptian Museum. But the best thing was the help from Soha, the hotel recepcionist, who was so kind and helpful! She explained us a lot of egiptian traditions, gave us the best indications, and make of our stay a safe and joyful experience!

It´s a little difficult to find the entrance of the hostel, so maybe they could put a bigger and precise sign in the entrance and in the street.

They rob customers, and they say this is business! They run hostels with stupid people, and cheat people!

They demand extra money.. don't want to give receipt of money. Thinking of cheating the customer, he collects money by using force. What happened to me, I have been giving money by begging. I have proof!

excellent rapport qualité prix et bon emplacement

chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Très bien situé à quelques minutes du musée à pied. Gardiennage de bagages possible.

L’hôtel se situe au 3eme étage d’un immeuble qui parait abandonné au fond d’une ruelle mais l’intérieur de celui-ci est très bien. Un petit rideau à la baignoire serait souhaitable pour ne pas mettre d’eau partout en se douchant.

Ubicación. Buena predisposición. Desayuno completo por ese precio.

En el cuarto compartido, hay muchas camas, 3 pisos de camas. La mas alta es inaccesible y peligrosa. Hice una queja, y con muy buena predisposición, me resolvieron el inconveniente la segunda noche [ siempre que haya lugar ]

Sitio acogedor.

El hostal como tal está muy bien arreglado con iluminación moderna y de buen gusto.

El entorno, es decir el edificio en que se encuentra el hostal, las zonas comunes son muy sucias, al parecer a nadie le importa su aspecto y salubridad.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you need only for sleep, and not for family

The location of this Hostel One of the staff has helpt me with moving the bags to the car while am leaving

- Staff did not help with bags to the hotel once i came. - The hotel is no smoke area , but were some people smoking in the lobby that was annoying - The pillow and blanket were not clean enough, you can feel a lot of dust on it while you are sleeping - I have been charged at the place more than what it has been offered in booking.com

Go if you're on a tight budget. If not, don't bother

It was cheap.

There was no sign on the outside of the building to show that the hostel was there - luckily we got a taxi and the driver showed us where it was. For a tourist, the location was bad. We didn't feel safe walking around there. The curtain was hanging off - they hadn't attempted to fix it. The bed and pillow were hard and uncomfortable. There were stains on the mattresses. We had to keep asking for toilet roll. The staff were unapproachable and unwelcoming. The whole building looked derelict, and there was lots of drilling late at night. The photos on Booking.com are not accurate
