Everything you need

Perfect location in the old town. Literally looking out at the beach and sea. Surrounded by great restaurants. Doramas was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic place

Location location location, it also got a roof terrace that’s a really good to sit out on in the morning. As it’s next to music square we had a few take away and brought our own drinks and listened to the music in our own surroundings! Brilliant and saved some money too

Nothing really all I would say is if you want a quiet night it’s not for you as it is close to music square (music does go off at 11.30pm) Maybe one other thing is that you have to walk up some stairs to get to the property as there is no lift!

Très bel endroit, appartement très soigné, vue imprenable, accueil très professionnel et gentil.

Vue incroyable! Nous avions cherché un logement proche du port comme mon mari fait des cours de voile et nous n'avons pas été décus. L'accueil était très chaleureux et pas compliqué du tout et les hôtes ont décoré la chambre avec beaucoup de goût et amour.

Mon mari mesure 1,95 et moi-même 1,75. Nous sommes agés de 60 et 53 ans respectivement. Même si nous nous sentons encore assez jeunes pour privilégier des endroits individuels et insolites aux grands hotels tout confort, nous aurions apprécié un lit un peu plus grand ... dans lequel on ne reçoit pas un coup de genou dans le dos quand l'un des deux se retourne ;-) et puis, il faut savoir qu'en dessous du balcon il y a un restobar qui reste ouvert jusqu'à 2 heures de la nuit. La musique et l'animation jusqu'à 11 heures, ça allait, surtout comme on avait une place dans la loge, mais le comportement des gens durant la nuit et le rangement des chaises à partir de 5 heures du matin ... dommage, car c'est vraiment un endroit qui pourrait être magique.

Mitten im Leben! Jeden Abend tummeln sich unten auf dem Platz die Leute. Es gibt live Musik und man kann vom Balkon aus alles beim Glas Rotwein geniessen. Morgens weckt einen dann der Sonnenschein und vor der Haustür wartet ein netter kleiner Stadtstrand. Das Appartment ist klein aber fein. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Man muss einfach wissen, dass es abends laut ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört.

Great location for live music and sea front

Apartment has sea view with balcony and roof terrace. It's a lovely little apartment in a very central location.

We found the proximity to Music Square a bit too close, though to be fair music stopped around 11pm.

Corralejo, une belle ambiance.

L'emplacement face à la plage est magnifique et la proximité des supermarchés est très pratique. Le petit balcon ainsi que le toit terrasse est un plus.

Les concerts sur la place sous les fenêtres à partir de 19h30 jusqu'à environ 23h30, bien que très bons, peuvent être gênants car cela se passe tous les soirs.

Great location right in the music square. Facing a lovely little beach. Close to all amenities. Apartment had everything we needed. Agent Joa was lovely, very helpful.

Quite noisy late at night from bar underneath apartment. Music square finishes about 11.30pm but then the bar plays music till 1 am.

Lovely little apartment. Great value for money. Perfect view from balcony and having coffee in bed! Music square loud if you want an early night but finishes around 11.30pm. Kitchenette area fully equipped. Good shower and comfy bed.

Great little apartment with the perfect view.

We've stayed in Corralejo many times, mostly in small apartments. This is, by far, our favourite apartment we've stayed in. Its has everything you could need, induction hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine, iron. Bed was comfy. Shower was powerful and never ran cold. The view from the balcony was perfect. Look right up the strip, look straight out onto the town beach and look left onto music square, with a perfect 'royal box' view of the music in the evening. Music stops about 11.30pm so sleep is not disrupted massively. Its has a shared roof terrace with a few sunbeds and chairs which allows you to sunbathe into the early evening if you like. 10 out of 10 for this place for a great price. We will be back.

it’s position in the music square makes it very noisy the music is not a a problem however the bars and restaurants clattering and banging and banging from apartment above are more annoying.

Nice little find What a gem

Great studio apartment, Fantastic views Was met by Cheli the cleaner who was waiting by the front door, to take me to my room checked my passport then left. Opened the fridge an was extremely surprised to find a bottle of water & couple of can's of beer and some nice chocolate's Fantastic surprise. The bed was really comfy deep mattress Plenty of cooking implements & crockery Bathroom had walk-in shower good standard. The Apartment had a small little balcony the views we're amazing Two floors up was a very lovely roof terrace with plenty of beds and seats great views of Corralejo and the sea On the roof terrace was a little room with washing machine i personally didn't use it but would be great if needed it

Music in the Square is loud but sometimes nice to sit watch the band's and have a beer without been hassled on the balcony,The band's always finished round 11 o'clock and after that you would get a busker trying his look for 30 minutes, the noise from the bar's in the Square you can still hear for about another hour but you can start to nod off by now, I used to be coming home after 11 o'clock so it didn't bother me that much... Apart from that which is out of the hands the Apartment owners control overall the Apartment is in a great location close to most things bar's, restaurant's, beach & harbour. (I will return it's a little gem)

Every you need for a great stay

Very good

The Flat is very well located right in the center of the old town with a view on the sea. The balcony is great to enjoy breakfast and eat diner while listening to the daily live concerts in the Square. We enjoyed the rooftop terrasse and made great use of the washing machine. Last but not least, the staff was lovely.

Bands play daily in the Square right in front of the Flat from 8:00 pm to 11:30 pm. At first is was pleasant but it became annoying after a few days. The soundproofing is limited hence you are good for a live concert in your flat for 3H + everyday .

Superb

This value for money apartment is in a fantastic location looking onto music square and straight down to the sea. The caretaker arranged a late checkin in to suit our our arrival time and met us at the property and showed us how everything worked, Comfy bed and powerful shower. Had everything you would need for a comfotable stay. Bonus was lots of plug points and USB ports. Sunbeds and washing machine on the roof terrace were a wonderful bonus, always had the terrace to our self, lovely and peaceful with stunning views over Corralejo neighbouring Lobos island. We loved being in the heart of the town and sitting out on our balcony people watching during the day then watching the live bands that play in the square every evening. This location isnt for everyone as the music does go on until 11 to 11.30pm, but we knew about the music before we arrived so we were happy with it. If you do hire a car, you do need to drive around the back streets for a few minutes to find a parking space, but we always managed to get one within a few minutes walk from the apartment. We will definitely use these apartments next time we visit.

FAB STUDIO APARTMENT!

Location was spot on! Great view! Clean and very comfortable. Has everything you need. Lots of plug points and mobile charging points.

The sofa could have been a bit more comfortable.

I'm a big fan of this property. Everything has been well thought out with guests needs in mind.

I chose this accommodation because it overlooks Music Square ( I love live music), is very close to the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. The facilities and decor are modern and tasteful. Sat TV and Wi-Fi is good. The room was immaculately clean. There is a lovely communal roof terrace with a good supply of sunbeds and two tables and chairs so you can take your meals up there and enjoy the amazing view. Each apartment has its own washing machine which is individually secured in a row of units on the roof. Airers are also provided in this area. The live music shuts down at 11pm so sleep is not affected. I was able to cook my breakfast and other meals on the modern induction hob. The location is excellent. You have supermarkets, shops and restaurants all within short walking distance. The accommodation manager Joa is very professional and provided an efficient and friendly service. She is local so I asked her to recommend some good restaurants. She gave me some great tips which I followed up, and she was right, the food was excellent. I am in my early sixties and have travelled extensively and I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Good Job Casa Matilde

The water pressure in the shower is really good but the shower head is not heavy enough to stay in place when the shower is used at high pressure and is thrown back by the force of the water. This is a trivial point, and is intended to be constructive criticism. I only mention it because it is something easily remedied and its a shame not to get the benefit of the amazing water pressure. It would be like having a power shower.

excellent apartment. location is fabulous.

location and the view down to the beach is truly amazing. lovely big window that opens so you can hear the music from music square. if you like quiet then this apt is probably not for you. But saying that, very quiet of a day, music never on late of an evening, great atmosphere. well equipped and very comfortable studio. would definitely stay again. The terrace is lovely. 4 beds and a couple of tables. we used it a few times as it was quiet windy on the beach for a couple of days so it’s fabulous. washing machine up on the terrace as well.

the balcony to small for us so it really was disappointing as we love a nice balcony, but ok for a coffee, and you can sit on it and look at the view

Great location and all you need for a stay in centre of Corralejo

I stayed in Casa Matilde, for two weeks with the main intention to do home office and enjoy the center of Corralejo. Casa Matilde is situated centrally, right above a plaza where all the buzz happens. During the day with an ocean view and in the evening with live music on the square (if the situation/rule allows it). Wifi works great! Bed is super comfortable and you have all you need in the apartment. There is a washing machine on top of the building which is very convenient if you are staying for longer.
