Very clean and owners were very nice.

I thought a kitchen was included. I must have miscontrued what was offerred. Rooms have fridge and aparatus for boilng water.

Ruhige Lage, sehr freundlich, toller Preis

Begrüßt wurde ich von 2 süßen und neugierigen Hunden und dem freundlichen Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, einfach und gut eingerichtet, Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Vom Fön bis Kühlschrank & Wasserkocher & Fernseher ist alles vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Frühstück gibt es für 12€ pro Person 2 Häuser weiter. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Steckdosen sind ausreichend vorhanden!! Frühstück gibt es 2 Häuser weiter, wer möchte, für 12€, das lohnt sich. So viel zum Essen, Wahnsinn! Und sehr lecker, unbedingt machen!!! Die Lage zu den Plitvicer Seen und zur Zeljava Air Base (toller Lost Place!!!) ist top, nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Motorrad / Auto. Das Zimmer hat mitte Okt23 ca 32€ pro Nacht gekostet. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes PreisLeistungs Verhältniss, hier würde ich wieder buchen!!

Die Wände sind sehr dünn und hellhörig, man hört alles von jedem Nachbarzimmer. Das Bad riecht immer noch nach Abfluß nach dem Duschen, das Wasser steht weit oben, trotz einer kurzen! Dusche. Es gibt leider viele Mücken im Zimmer, Haus liegt am Wald. Der Warmwasserboiler ist in der etwas längeren Aufheizphase etwas laut, da aber einfach die Badetür schließen! Eine Heizung ist vorhanden, Klimaanlage nicht.

Great place to stay!

The room exceeded my expectations as I thought it will be “older”. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was there to answer any questions about the park. We also enjoyed pizza in the cafe nearby.

My only recommendation would be to have something to protect guests from the mosquitoes :)

Close to the park yet very quiet area

The property is off the main road and therefore quiet, surrounded by chicken and other animals. As soon as I arrived, someone welcomed me. The room was extremely clean and peaceful. 10 minutes away from the 2nd entrance of the park

Unfortunately I could hear the room next door talking and snoring.

We had a great time here. The owners are young,, they build everything with their hands. They were very nice, we were allowed to play with their dogs and lamb. The room is warm, cozy and big enough. Very good price 👍 I recomend.

Fantastic (location, price and the kindness of the Host)

We arrived in the evening and the Host was there and waiting for us (they live there actually). The room is in a very good location, near to the Plitvice lakes (we went there to visit the lakes). We went by car, and there was opportunities to visit the neighborhood as well. The Host was extremely nice, kind and helpful, so 100% recommended

We arrive in the winter so don't know how hot it is in the summer without airconditioner, but for us the heating was perfect.

Easy, affordable and convenient.

Great location so incredibly close to Plitvice lakes. Easily accessible from main road and wonderfully peaceful. Hosts live at property and were very friendly.

Property could have done with a screen window as quite a lot of mosquitoes around the area. There was a drain smell from the bathroom.

Nice base for the national park

Nice room, clean and comfortable. It had a lot of useful amenities - free parking, fridge, modern bathroom, great shower. The owners seemed lovely although we only saw them in passing. The guy did give us a great tip for where to go for a swim, which was really appreciated. The location is close to the national park too, very convenient to get there by car (probably not on foot because of the road).

No air con or mosquito nets on the windows. If its not super hot you can manage by keeping the windows closed though. We found we could hear the people in the next door room very clearly.

close to lakes, quite new, owner rally nice help with what to see at lakes and don’t make any problem

Very good

The host, Nikolai (forgive me if that's the wrong spelling), is extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, and the location is quite near the park. I'd definitely stay here again.

The only thing that knocks this down is the smell from the sewer. It is so bad that if the bathroom door was open more than a couple minutes it made my wife start gagging. If they could get that sorted this would be an exceptional place. Even with that said, I'll happily return.
