Optional on request for stays longer than 3 days, the king-size and the big double beds can be changed to 4 singles (twin) beds.

High speeds business internet broadband with Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the pots, pans and tools with oven, large fridge and separate freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
To make your stay more enjoyable we provide a generous welcome package with tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, olive oil, and essentials.
Modern Family bathroom + an en-suite shower. We supply hairdryers. All hotel-style linen and towels are included.
Also provided: washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Secure pass-code system for main building entry and One allocated parking slot.

- CCTV Security camera - towards the apartment entrance door only.
It was necessary because of guests that try to break rules (extra unauthorized guests, pets, high level of noise, unauthorised party etc) and for the apartment to be safe when we have empty periods.
No privacy concerns as the Security camera is instaled in the hallway, one meter inside from the apartment entrance door.
