It is a peaceful location. With available parking. You can cook your own breakfast with items provided from host.
Sharing a bathroom with other guests. Lack of lockers in the room doors from outside.

The atmosphere and the view of Glastonbury tor
The yurt we stopped in was a bit dated

The doors of the rooms can't be locked from the outside.

Meditation room
There wasn't any gluten free cereal

My friend and I stayed in the Yurt for one night, the beds reminded me of the slumber room at a spa, it was so comfortable, very clean and we had everything we needed.
Nothing everything was good
4.0
Comfortable room and bed with beautiful views across open country side and the Tor. Parking and the convenient distance from Glastonbury town.
Can't think of any thing

The view is beautiful
Pretty much all of the rooms and facilities need upgrading. The bathrooms in particular needed a real clean around the tiles, floors and ceilings. Reminded me of a student-house

No wifi - had a fantastic sleep in a comfy bed in a clean pitch black room.
Shower in bad need of grouting.

There are no locks on the bedroom doors - only a small bolt to lock it from inside. You could not lock the door when leaving the room so that you're sure your possessions are safe when you leave for the day. In this day and age, you need wifi/Internet.
The retreat is in the middle of nowhere, so how are you supposed to relax after a day of I tense meditations and processing work?
There was no one around to ask questions, and even when booking, no one calls back regarding questions, but we're very quick to take my money.
If I did want to book any therapies, I couldn't because they weren't available on sight, but down the road which was not stated in the information or the no of steps 30+, to reach the front door to the property .
There are no net curtains on bedrooms, so anyone can look into the bedroom while walking down the steps or sitting on the bench at the front.
There was no one to meet you when you got there only a note after you get into the property which stated you could purchase snacks from the Yurt shop on site, but that was closed the whole time - why mention services in the "welcome" letter that your not providing..
I should not have to go searching for the breakfast cereals through all the cupboards, I should not have to wash my dishes - that's your job.
I may as well have stayed at a hotel and got a better service for the same price/cheaper.
I made a complaint that one of my tops was missing from my suitcase after I returned home on June 19th, 2023, and no one has called me back - now July 15th, 2023.
NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL - WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

For me the location, looking out over fields, the meditation room, the no wifi, it had parking.
I wouldn’t say that this property is for everyone. No wifi, no alcohol, no one looking after you. But that suited me well. I’m easily pleased so nothing that I didn’t like.

Beautiful views. Very peaceful. Attentive host.
People didn’t observe the no alcohol rule. Smoke from cigarettes wafted from the terrace into our room.

Location was very good with lovely view. Very pleasant and quiet and not disturbed by anyone.
Not so much a dislike but there are a number of steep steps to get through the garden to the entrance which might be useful to mention to people booking a stay.

The location was ideal overlooking the Tor, and very peaceful, but walking distance to centre. The host was hospitable and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and great to have a meditation room. Highly recommended.

Loved the way it was accessible at any time. Lots to choose from.
Absolutely nothing.

What I liked was the tranquility and the fantastic views. If you are looking for a peaceful setting not far from the town & to Tor brilliant
It’s easy to find faults with anything in this world
Good value for money & very clean

I enjoyed the relaxed communal spaces, well equipped kitchen, use of the shrine room and the bubbling colourful bath! It was definitely a bustling community hub with the garden and café too, with good access to the town centre and right next to Wearyall Hill...
I didn't feel the vegan options for breakfast were spectacular. There was only one dairy free milk, oat, which I can't take, so the included breakfast wasn't a selling point for me! I had asked in advance for soya or almond but I guess that message didn't get through. If I'd been staying for longer I might have tried again!

I could see the Tor from my bedroom window.

I was happy to have organic peanut toast, fruit and coffee. I had a very enchanting stay and other people who stayed were friendly and caused no problems. It was good that i was able to arrange to meet someone in person when I arrived and they were very helpful to help me settle and explain about the door lock and the key number for the lock and that they could be contacted if there was a problem. They also helped me find a location I was looking for in Glastonbury.

fantastic location with lovely view across to the Tor.

The veiw was amazing...the balcony was peaceful to sit on..you can walk into town easily...
I was alone in the house..which is ok..but it would have better if I had known beforehand...There is no land lady or landlord that stay on the property..so I was literally on my own

I only ate breakfast one day, the oatcakes and gluten free bread I saw there vanished, so no breakfast those days, though I think these may have been taken by another guest when he left. The vegan yoghurt promised on our arrival did not appear. It was my fault some was not there when I arrived as I had forgotten to menation we were vegan, but I do remember being told some would be brought in.
The shower was dangerously temperamental and could easily scald - I did not feel safe leaving it on the holder long enough to wash my hair and could not manage to find a cold setting in the hot weather

Cards :) very insightful.

Good location. Clean place. Very bad on communication with tourists. Advertised one room and then pushed to use another. Nobody answering the phone, when there are issues.
