They were professionnal, always answering in a timely manner and very helpful. The condo was spotless, the amenities were perfect for a family with kids (pool, water games, picnic tables, etc) and it was a really safe place to stay (gate to get in). Would stay there again 100%!

This modern and clean condo is perfectly stocked for a family getaway. It had everything we needed, and was located close enough to the beach and AMI activities that we were able to do everything we had planned without issue. The condo development is very quiet, but has a great pool and is easy to get in and out of, just minutes from AMI/Bradenton Beach. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and the entire condo in almost new condition.

We had a great trip! The rental was perfect for our needs! Decorated and clean! Have zero complaints about the actual condo. The only draw back was the smell from the bay/swamp areas outside of the porch area. We could barely use the porch due to the sulfur smell. We realize that is nothing that can be controlled by the renter. Gorgeous unit!

This property was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 teenage children. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with any kitchen item you could possibly need. The view of Anna Maria sound was incredible. Some evenings were spent out on the screened in porch, when there was a nice breeze. The resort itself was great, with a nice pool and splash pad area. The unit was also well equipped with lots of beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas etc. There were also 2 bikes that we enjoyed using. I would highly recommend this place!!

This property exceeded our expectations! We stayed here with four adults and two children (under 10 years of age). The condo and overall property was very clean. The layout was perfect for the six of us. Everything was very updated and modern. The pool area was fantastic with a nice sitting area and clean bathrooms. The location was amazing. Every morning we were able to watch dolphins feeding while we sat on the back patio. In the evenings we watched amazing sunsets. It's within walking distance to Floridays restaurant and a short drive to the restaurants, shopping, and beaches on Anna Maria Island. I would highly recommend this location for your vacation!

We loved our time at this property. Beautiful view overlooking the water which was lovely to sit out and enjoy the weather. The condo was very well equipped and perfect layout for our family. Large TVs were a bonus! And the amenities at the pool were fantastic. Will definitely be back!

The property was very clean and was very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook our own meals and feel at home.
Be aware that you do not make full payment through VRBO but are expected to pay the second part of the rental cost directly to the property management company by cheque. This was an issue we were not aware of when we booked and was a small issue for us as we are not based in the US and do not have access to US cheques to pay the final balance, so we had to pay an additional fee to pay the balance with credit card.

We loved this place and will definitely be back! The only down sides we can think of were the sand mosquito’s that ate us alive on the patio and we had difficulty with key fobs working. Booked this trip kind of last minute and had never heard of this place before, so I was a bit nervous. It was beautiful! The pool area was clean and never too crowded and we ate at Floridays 3 times this week! A short drive over the causeway to the beach and shopping. Would definitely stay here again! Fantastic Stay!
This place is gorgeous-even prettier than the pictures! The water is stunning. The decor is beautiful and fun! Location is idyllic if you don’t mind not being ON the island (which we didn’t). The beach is less than five minutes away and the AMI restaurants and shops are about a 10-15 min drive away. When we had an issue with the Keurig, the owners sent a brand new one THAT DAY! They had great amenities - including everything you could need for the beach! Umbrellas, sand chairs, wagon, sand toys, etc.
Our only issue was that, if you don’t talk to Island Vacation Properties during regular working hours M-F, you aren’t getting a call back. We did not receive any checking-in instructions, called, left a message, and received no call back. We eventually had to call maintenance which I’m sure they didn’t love. When we had checking-out questions, we left a message, no call back. That’s not the owner’s fault, but I read this same complaint on other reviews and I’m surprised Island Vacation Properties doesn’t fix it.
Overall, stay here! You’ll love it!

I was a bit nervous to rent this property because it didn't have any reviews (I think it was newly listed). But we were so pleased. It's really an excellent property. The unit is very clean. It has all the supplies - both kitchen supplies as well as beach supplies. There's a storage unit downstairs. We just thought it was extra storage for us and my husband opened it to put his golf clubs in it so we didn't have to take them upstairs. But inside were beach chairs and bikes and beach toys. Very nice surprise. A little weird getting there the first time - note: take a quick left immediately before you get to the guard gate (like you are actually going to the adjacent hotel) and then go right when you get in the parking lot - the security gate for these units are that way.We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. The views are great. Bonus is we could see the bridge going to Ana Maria Island so we could tell how backed up traffic was to see if we should wait a half hour before going over. Overall - there are 3 bedrooms (2 are masters, but one has intercoastal view and I would say is the "better master" but both are good and have king beds) and there is a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins and a full bathroom right outside of that bedroom. Unit has an easy to use washer dryer as well.Owners have done a great job and we tried to do our part in maintaining their very nice property. We would return.

Overall the condo was a great place to stay. Quiet and relaxing. That said, there were some minor things we didn't enjoy: the vents were extremely dusty (so much so I cleaned them because I couldn't stand looking it the piles of dust), the master bedroom room darkening curtain couldn't be used (the center bar had come loose from the wall) and the electric blinds were temperamental at best, the twin bed room needs to have both mattresses replaced (they were extremely uncomfortable - sagging in the middle). That said, even with those issues we would absolutely stay here again. Anna Maria is one of our favorite places to go and if you can't find a place on the island this is almost as good as being on the island!

One Particular Harbour #202
The unit and the property are excellent and even better than pictures. The decor provides a
chic yet beach-like feel. Anything that you would need for a lengthy stay away from home was provided with regard to kitchen utensils and appliances.
There were two areas of opportunity for improvement that I noted. The check in process would have been seamless had we been informed that we needed to enter the property to the left of the main entry gate. It was very late and dark when we arrived which made signage impossible to read. Also, the pipes make a loud, horn-like sound after flushing the toilet in the master bathroom. This property is new so I’m sure it’s just a wrinkle that needs to be ironed out. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
