About this apartment rental
A spacious three bedroom, one and a half bathroom apartment available to rent year-round in downtown Three Lakes. Unit is on the second floor with space to park your watercraft, ATV/UTV, and snowmobiles. Full laundry is also included. Two security cameras are placed around the outside of the apartment viewing the driveway and parking areas. No cameras are placed within the apartment itself. The snowmobile trail and bike trail are across the street (Three Eagle Trail). Snowmobiles and ATVs/UTVs can be ridden directly to and from this property. Apartment is within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, public beach, movie theater, and public fishing pier. Multiple boat launches are only minutes away as well! The Three Lakes Winery is just down the road from the property, with tours available during the summer months. Come and enjoy all of the wonderful amenities Three Lakes has to offer in the heart of the Nicolet!

Great clean property that worked out great for our family of 6. Walking distance to downtown.

This is our second or third time staying here because it’s exactly what we need! We love having access to a washer and drier when we visit family that have a house about 10 minutes away from here. It’s always clean and has an easy check-in and check-out. Looking forward to staying again!

A very clean and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Everything you need for vacationing as a family. The 3 bedrooms had nice beds and plenty of closet space with hangers. All towels and bathrooms clean and spacious. Easy walk to breakfast, coffee and dining options. Bring your bikes as the bike path is right across the street!

Spent 1 week visiting family and friends, had to bring prepared food to various events so appreciated full kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. Built in Laundry closet with full size washer dryer was very useful. Used all 3 bedrooms with 3 Queen size beds.

This place is “as advertised.” So clean and comfy with an amazing host. The beds are really comfortable. Area is quiet and easy walk to some shops. Go to DejaBrew for coffee in morning.

It’s convenient, clean, and had almost everything we needed. A few things that could make it better are sheets with breathable material because we felt hot with the sheets provided, a little step stool for the kids to be able to reach the sinks, and either a repaired couch or new couch since one end of the sectional was sinking in (must’ve been broken since our last stay because we didn’t remember that being an issue). Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

We liked how close we were to Three Lakes. The only problem we had is that we went to the wrong door, maybe you can state that it is the 2 doors that are next to each other and that it is on the left. It was nice and clean!

Your property was spotless. Felt like we were the first people to stay in a new apartment. Plenty of room, uncluttered, yet well supplied. It was delightful and fully met our needs. Wish we could have stayed longer. Probably the best rental place we’ve stayed and we’ve been traveling for 2 months. It was convenient walk to coffee, sandwich and bakery shops, hardware, library, book store, antiques, gift shop, little quaint movie theater and art shop, the Historical Society with a delightfully interesting museum. The museum gave me an appreciation for the rich heritage of Three Lakes and its uniquely talented past. Thank you for providing this. We had a great time visiting family and entertaining ourselves too.

Came to the area for some relaxing with friends before the new year. We experienced the winery, a local wine bar, and used to snowmobile trail. The trail was directly across the road, super convenient! The apartment was lovely, exactly as described and perfect for our group of 4 women.

I look for a property property that is simple, new, clean and makes me feel like on vacation and not just another house. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, spread out as well as entertain guests but had most of the needed items to care for the house( vacuum, trash bags, cleaning supplies. Our friend from Three Lakes said it was one of the nicest rentals she has seen in the area and is going to share with more friends to rent it. It is a great location downtown by the trails and walking distance to dollar general and downtown shops. We enjoyed Christmas there and the owners made it extra special with a live Christmas tree, wine and coffee and we assessed a little bit of our own decorations to make it a great first white Christmas for our kids!

A friend of ours in Three Lakes invited us to a girlfriends weekend at her home. In order not to overwhelm her with guests, two of us rented this apartment. It was perfect in every way.
Just a few minutes drive to our friends home. Brand new. Pristinely clean. Contemporary decor, with just enough knotty pine. Quiet. The kitchen was furnished with all the cooking and serve ware you need, if you choose to cook. Comfortable beds. Immediate access to walking/biking trail. And, the owner was informative and immediately responsive.

Loved the open, clean layout, spotless kitchen and bathroom, details well thought through... new washer and dryer, easy parking, would stay here again (but not alone... was pitch dark at night and did not see any people anywhere.) Easy access to the cute town of Three Lakes!

This property was immaculate! We stayed here for a long weekend and had plenty of space to spread out and could not be more impressed with the cleanliness of the space. We had a difficult time finding the location/address, but Elliot responded immediately and guided us to where we needed to be.
