The house is beautifully furnished with custom made furniture from Restoration Hardware. The large living room features an antique classic piano and a ping pong table. For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

We highly recommend this perfect East Hampton getaway! We have been renting in East Hampton for 6 years and this was by far the best house we have rented.
The house was just as shown in the photos. Clean, spacious, and very well equipped, both inside and out.
Vic was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful.
Overall a wonderful place; we can’t wait to stay here next summer!

Great stay!
Vic was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The pool and the hot tub worked really well which was a highlight of our stay. House was spacious. It looked like the lower level had a recent renovation and the upper level didn’t (but still well maintained). Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property!

Great home!
We had such a great time at this property. Amazing quiet escape in the Hamptons with A LOT of space. Air temp in the home was great on those hot days and the heated pool (and hot tub!) we’re a huge plus. Vic the owner was SUPER communicative and I can’t say there was anything we actually needed — the house really had it all. They even snagged extra steak knives before our first night. Outdoor grilling and cooking area was perfect for our group. StayMarquis team was also super helpful with questions we had prior to the visit. House was closed to city centers and we easily got to Montauk for dinner. We didn’t stop at any beaches, but they’re close! Would book here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay during quarantine. Vic, the owner, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There’s a top notch hot tub which we enjoyed. The hole is close to trails and generally quiet and private. Our strongest recommendation for a great getaway.
