Perfect house for family of 3

Updates and general maintenance from last year

Living room furniture is very uncomfortable. No blinds on doors going to decks and people across the street can see right in at night

We had a great week. did everything we wanted and place was a great launching point for our daily adventures.

Location, close to the beach. Convenient starting point for places we wanted to go.

At the closest access, the beach was undergoing a “renewal” which caused us to have walk further. turned out the best beach for our family was a few miles down the road, wasn’t really an issue. Also, main TV didn’t work, but we didn’t go to watch TV.

It was a relaxing vacation and enjoyed the location and town

I enjoyed the easy location to the beach and easy access for shopping, restaurants etc

The kitchen was ill equipped to cook , no colander for steaming seafood etc. one pot and one pan. There needs to be some repairs to the property such as water damage to the front deck.

Great location but house needs general maintenance

The layout of the house and the location to the beach. View of the lighthouse. Washer/dryer and full kitchen. Internet was very fast and worked great. Screened porch is very nice

Beds are very uncomfortable and sink down in the middle. The house could use a lot of repairs (blinds broken, sink dripping, lots of light bulbs burnt out, multiple holes in the walls, towel bar falling off) carpet is dirty and stained and needs a good cleaning. Almost all the windows are cloudy and take away from the view

The beds were too soft they were lights that were out. the outside siding needed clean. They were trash behind couch. Dirt swept up in a pile. Holes in drywall from door handle. Joints in drywall coming apart. The heat vents look like black mold. Window blinds in rough shape needs replaced. Windows cloudy

Can't beat "Bluefish" location, wonderful screened in back porch with view of ocean and Hatteras Lighthouse

Can't get checked in to get keys till 4pm, envelope w your name and where you are staying are dropped into a box on the porch @ 4pm, then everyone waiting has to dig thru box to find their envelope. . . Not very covid safe for a rental place that keeps the door locked so all us covid travelers don't breathe on them. After waiting and digging thru box, our keys and package was not there, the lady had to go back in office to look for them.. This was after we had waited there for 1 1/5 hours for 4pm.
